Promised service falling way short. Placed an order totaling 26 items which were said to be shipped within 48 hours. 72 hours later, 1 received, 7 have shipped and the remaining 18 items still nothing. Stores are low on stock and online is even worse as far as delivering on standards set by themselves. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great Product Line and Top Unique Selection Vitamin Shoppe for me has one of the best overall brand selection/flavors/specialty items that other supplement shops simply do NOT. I'm confused by the reviews of people taking out their poor protein powder experiences on the shop that sells them. They are not the manufacturer. I've not dealt with their customer service line, but all of the workers and cashier's I've dealt with have made my visits a wonderful experience. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor I was told that everybody answering the phone is considered a supervisor. That's laughable. It's almost as if they get rewarded to be A-holes.
