GBshipped expired and near expiry vitamins My husband ordered several hundred $ of supplements in November 2022. We noticed in December that some of them seemed to b disintegrating in the bottle. When we checked the expiry, several were expired in 12/2022 and several others were very close to expiry. Do not buy from this store. When I wrote to them to return the items, they said they were over 90 day ( they were not) and they could not accept a return.

GBBEWARE....HORRIBLE customer service BEWARE....HORRIBLE customer service. Every basic level, front line telephone rep is as rude as can be. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor I was told that everybody answering the phone is considered a supervisor. That's laughable. It's almost as if they get rewarded to be A-holes. I called corporate level 2 and got the same bad attitude. I will take 100% of my business to Bodybuilding.com The Vitamin Shoppe has earned a big fat grade F.

GBThat Taylor's, SC employee Rocks! I'm not sure about the other stores but the guy we go to at The Vitamin Shoppe in Taylor's, SC is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. My husband has nothing but great things to say about him since he got him feeling better! Keep up the great work!

GBHow is this acceptable? They are sending items to my old address, after I updated to my new address. Customer support said they may not be able to cancel all of the order. That’s weird. So they are going to still charge me for items I can’t receive? Yep. That’s exactly what’s happening. So now I have to contact my bank’s fraud department to get my money back. How does Vitamin Shoppe think that their handling of that mistake is ok?

GBWhat a cluster F!! Set up auto delivery for a supplement but had to cancel it because there is no human that can help you with any problems. You get directed to a completely garbage website that signs you out once a second. I'm not exaggerating! Pathetic that a multi million dollar company cares nothing for customer service. Spent 30 mins with three different people that had no clue how to help me.
