I rarely leave reviews I rarely leave reviews, but feel strongly enough to let people know DO NOT buy from this company. The spa cover was delivered damaged in a punctured box with the actual spa cover inside also damaged in multiple spots. The delivery driver verified the damage and wrote "hole in box" on the receipt. We ourselves were instructed to write "damage" only on receipt, which we did, but because the driver wrote more than that, Beyond Nice says that voided their damage claim policy. Shocking, you spend good money for something that comes damaged from a shipper they hired and they blame the customer and refuse to provide what you paid for. Order locally and check the BBB site and other online reviews, you'll see this has happened to others. If I could do over, I would order locally.

Poor craftsmanship and terrible customer service. 7/7/16: In response to BeyondNice's misinformed reply. I purchased the cover in October of 2016. It took several weeks for manufacturing and shipping of my custom cover which I received and placed in service in November of 2016. November to May 21st, the first date I contacted Beyond Nice, is 6 months. The warranty states that it covers 12 months. All handles on the cover are completely intact. None are, as Beyond Nice puts it, torn off. Pictures are available. There was never abuse. There is a cover lift, pics of which are also available. This is exactly the type of response I expected based on the very rude emails I received from them. I'm happy to include the text of those emails as well. I'm sure the owner would be embarrassed by the things they have said to me thus far. This is terrible customer service and my review stands. Purchased a cover in November. The stitching started coming undone on all sides in less than 6 months. Customer service asked for pictures and they first said they would replace the skin if I paid $45 to cover shipping. I pointed out that their warranty states no charge if less than 1 year. They then tried to say it's not covered due to improper use. The cover has been on the hot tub with a cover lift from day one. Now they are saying if I mail the skin back to them, they will repair it which will leave my foam cores exposed and needing to be placed on the ground to use the tub while I wait for shipping and repair. Customer service doesn't even know their own policies. I'm tired of being told something different every time I contact them. My original cover lasted 5 years until the UV finally broke down the vinyl, yet the stitching remained intact the entire time. I saved nothing by using Beyond Nice. Poor craftsmanship and terrible customer service. Don't waste your money.

Cheap covers Cheap covers! The seems are letting go and they won't replace or repair. I've had it for less then 3 months. If anyone doesn't believe me feel free to check all of their one star reviews on Amazon and yelp. I'm not the first to complain about their lack of craftsmanship.

Awesome customer service Ordered a cover fall of 2020. Yes it took a few months but EVERYTHING has a longer lead time these days. Cover arrived with no flaws or damage. Looked great. I did develop an issue (not due to the company or workmanship) Emailed Beyond Nice and they helped me pinpoint the problem. They were SUPER helpful and really stuck with me.. The only reason I ordered specifically this cover is for the reinforced center to use with a cover lift. Our first cover nearly split in half once the seams began to weather. I hope this weathers better. I would highly recommend these covers and the customer service that comes with purchasing one.

Excellent & Fast shipping and GREAT Customer Service Purchased a used hot tub this last winter and installed it this spring. The cover was worn out and pretty much unusable. We did our normal internet searching to find a cost effective quality source for a replacement and we found it at Beyondnice! With their measurement guide the cover fits great and looks great also! We had some user error (teenagers) and needed to replace some buckles, GREAT customer service and FAST response to help us out. I will be sending all my family and friends to Beyondnice for their spa needs.
