Beyond Nice Spa Covers Beyond Nice Spa Covers This is in regards to Beyond Nice spa covers and how things can really get hay wired!!! This all started when when an employee and I got cross-ways because of a minor issue that could have been easily resolved if it had been taken up the ladder. Later on Beyond Nice reached out to me and basically asked what could they do to resolve this problem? I relayed my previous solution and immediately it was resolved right on the spot!!! I might also mention, the employee I had previously spoken too is no longer employed there. I can also say without a doubt that the spa cover is very well made it has exceeded all my expectations!!! Worst online purchase in the 18+ years … Worst online purchase in the 18+ years I have shopped online. Cover arrived damaged contact Beyond Nice and shipping company, both refused to stand behind their service/product. Thanks to PayPal for providing credit and billing BN, if you buy from BN use PayPal to give yourself coverage. I filled out the contact correction to have RL carriers call my cell phone before delivery. They never called, delivered and had my daughter sign as an adult. I'm sure the driver knew the little hole in the box was where a forklift speared and damaged the cover. I filled a claim but Beyond Nice told me to close my claim and they would work with RL. They later told me "sorry the claim was denied." DO NOT buy from them unless you like a 50/50 chance of losing money

EXCELLENT PRODUCT BUT DO NOT BELIEVE… EXCELLENT PRODUCT BUT DO NOT BELIEVE THE "APPROXIMATIONS" GIVEN ON PRODUCTION Shortly after placing my order I received a very nice letter from the manufacturer which included "time frames" for the PRODUCTION and shipping. (I had also inquired about those timelines prior to placing my order). Unfortunately, I waited and waited and waited for my cover. (Like the rest of the county was the manufacturer having trouble getting employees???? Did they have a huge backlog of orders?) I was FINALLY notified it was going to be made and then I waited and waited again. I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THIS EXCELLENT PRODUCT if I had know HOW LONG it would take. Attempts to contact the company, speak to someone or get a RETURN phone call were unsuccessful. I did get an email that it was "on the list to manufacture". So I just waited some more. It got to the point that I started to wonder if "I got scammed? Did they take my money and I don't get a cover?" At any rate I finally got this excellent product but if you have any time restrictions on needing a cover 9like the prior one was destroyed and your hot tub is open) this is NOT the place to go.........they are apparently all backed up on manufacturing.

Good experience I have owned a hot tub for years, but never bought a cover on-line. The last one I bought from the hot tub dealer cost a little more and I got less - less quality and less thickness. Beyond nice made the ordering very simple - it arrived on time and is working nicely as it should with our existing easy-lift device.

will not stand by an omission by their part on the order form We ordered a hot tub cover with our make and model number and filled out every line on their custom order form. When the cover came there were no cutouts for our raised digital control panel. I contacted the company and they said we needed to let them know it was raised. My point was how could we know that when the only thing on the custom order form had a line for raised speakers. Absolutely nothing else on the order form for any other raised parts of the tub. In order to fix the cover we would have to pay an additional $300 on top of the cost of the original cover. They will not admit neglect on their part for the omission on the order form. Their reply to me: Really Linda? How in the world could we have known. Please see the reference on our website next to the make and model, we ask ALL clients using make and model to use these as a reference only and to make sure that they measure the cover. I am so very sorry that you did not notify us of the raised control panel, I was trying to help you get this resolved at this point I feel like you are blaming us for you not letting us know you have a raised control panel. Have a lovely day Cynthia We did all the measuring according to their order form. I'm sorry but it is their business to know and there should have been something on the order form to indicate raised parts that may need a special template cutout. Not a good company to work with at all!
