Awesome customer service Ordered a cover fall of 2020. Yes it took a few months but EVERYTHING has a longer lead time these days. Cover arrived with no flaws or damage. Looked great. I did develop an issue (not due to the company or workmanship) Emailed Beyond Nice and they helped me pinpoint the problem. They were SUPER helpful and really stuck with me.. The only reason I ordered specifically this cover is for the reinforced center to use with a cover lift. Our first cover nearly split in half once the seams began to weather. I hope this weathers better. I would highly recommend these covers and the customer service that comes with purchasing one.

Speedy I ordered a new hot tub cover over the weekend which was a quick and easy process. The cover arrived later in the week and it looks AWESOME. It is made of much better materials than the original one that came with my hot tub. The cover clips were lost during shipping so when I contacted Beyondnice they offered to ship me replacement clips for free. The customer service person (Cynthia) was friendly and helpful. I am well pleased with my purchase and the cost was the lowest I found after much research. I would recommend this family owned company to anyone.

Worst online purchase in the 18+ years … Worst online purchase in the 18+ years I have shopped online. Cover arrived damaged contact Beyond Nice and shipping company, both refused to stand behind their service/product. Thanks to PayPal for providing credit and billing BN, if you buy from BN use PayPal to give yourself coverage. I filled out the contact correction to have RL carriers call my cell phone before delivery. They never called, delivered and had my daughter sign as an adult. I'm sure the driver knew the little hole in the box was where a forklift speared and damaged the cover. I filled a claim but Beyond Nice told me to close my claim and they would work with RL. They later told me "sorry the claim was denied." DO NOT buy from them unless you like a 50/50 chance of losing money

I rarely leave reviews I rarely leave reviews, but feel strongly enough to let people know DO NOT buy from this company. The spa cover was delivered damaged in a punctured box with the actual spa cover inside also damaged in multiple spots. The delivery driver verified the damage and wrote "hole in box" on the receipt. We ourselves were instructed to write "damage" only on receipt, which we did, but because the driver wrote more than that, Beyond Nice says that voided their damage claim policy. Shocking, you spend good money for something that comes damaged from a shipper they hired and they blame the customer and refuse to provide what you paid for. Order locally and check the BBB site and other online reviews, you'll see this has happened to others. If I could do over, I would order locally.

Good experience Order was really easy and what I wanted. When I called to clarify things in my order the rep was super helpful and nice. Got the package through FedEx with some minor damages and they were really helpful in resolving any issue I had with it
