Cheap covers Cheap covers! The seems are letting go and they won't replace or repair. I've had it for less then 3 months. If anyone doesn't believe me feel free to check all of their one star reviews on Amazon and yelp. I'm not the first to complain about their lack of craftsmanship.

Excellent & Fast shipping and GREAT Customer Service Purchased a used hot tub this last winter and installed it this spring. The cover was worn out and pretty much unusable. We did our normal internet searching to find a cost effective quality source for a replacement and we found it at Beyondnice! With their measurement guide the cover fits great and looks great also! We had some user error (teenagers) and needed to replace some buckles, GREAT customer service and FAST response to help us out. I will be sending all my family and friends to Beyondnice for their spa needs.

Extremely misleading awful company! Extremely misleading awful company!! I purchased a tri fold cover that was obviously assumed to be connected together with two seams but they sent an extremely poor made, sub par cover that comes in to pieces. Absolutely useless to prevent heat loss never mind debris from entering the tub. With that said there non caring and horrible attitude when I called for an explanation was horrendous!!! To be clear I have never written a bad review about a company this is my first! the quality and customer satisfaction is terrible in my option and I would definitely avoid Beyond nice Hot covers!

Customer service is fine Customer service is fine. We received our cover which was made to our specifications. My only comment is the quality seems cheap. It's lightweight and seems as if it would blow off the top if not for the tie down straps or cover lift. Likely they will defend the quality based on my review but we have high standards and should have went with a higher quality product. Our mistake. After seeing response I will give better rating. I'll give it time . I appreciate you taking the time to respond..

Terrible business Terrible business - order at your own risk. They shipped me a cover, it arrived damaged, and they did not honor replacing it. Dealing with the owner Dan was an nightmare - rude, arrogant and disrespectful. In the end they never replaced it, despite their terms saying it would be replaced if arrived damaged...and now I'm out $450.
