GBEXCELLENT PRODUCT BUT DO NOT BELIEVE… EXCELLENT PRODUCT BUT DO NOT BELIEVE THE "APPROXIMATIONS" GIVEN ON PRODUCTION Shortly after placing my order I received a very nice letter from the manufacturer which included "time frames" for the PRODUCTION and shipping. (I had also inquired about those timelines prior to placing my order). Unfortunately, I waited and waited and waited for my cover. (Like the rest of the county was the manufacturer having trouble getting employees???? Did they have a huge backlog of orders?) I was FINALLY notified it was going to be made and then I waited and waited again. I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THIS EXCELLENT PRODUCT if I had know HOW LONG it would take. Attempts to contact the company, speak to someone or get a RETURN phone call were unsuccessful. I did get an email that it was "on the list to manufacture". So I just waited some more. It got to the point that I started to wonder if "I got scammed? Did they take my money and I don't get a cover?" At any rate I finally got this excellent product but if you have any time restrictions on needing a cover 9like the prior one was destroyed and your hot tub is open) this is NOT the place to go.........they are apparently all backed up on manufacturing.

GBCover is trash after 1 year. I've been through a few brands of covers on my tub and BeyondNice's has been the worst. The cover is weakly made and does not seal well. It constantly freezes itself to the lip of the tub during winter. Steam escapes, condenses, and runs down the straps, freezing them to the tub and buckle. This resulted in the stitching around one strap tearing apart when the cover was just a few months new, and now at the start of the 2nd winter, the other strap has torn itself completely off.

GBBeyond Nice Spa Covers Beyond Nice Spa Covers This is in regards to Beyond Nice spa covers and how things can really get hay wired!!! This all started when when an employee and I got cross-ways because of a minor issue that could have been easily resolved if it had been taken up the ladder. Later on Beyond Nice reached out to me and basically asked what could they do to resolve this problem? I relayed my previous solution and immediately it was resolved right on the spot!!! I might also mention, the employee I had previously spoken too is no longer employed there. I can also say without a doubt that the spa cover is very well made it has exceeded all my expectations!!! GBNon existant customer...do not buy from them. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of their customer service. They simply will not answer phones (I held for 1 hour!!!) return emails or communicate in any way whatsoever. Nor will they honor the discounts shown on the web site...Do not do business with company's who could care less about their customers and who treat them like a nuisance, not to be communicated with at all.

GBCover is shipped in pieces, assembly is impossible. No customer support. The hot tub cover arrives in pieces, and must be assembled. The foam pieces don't fit inside the cover, even after heating it up to 90* to soften it. I had to destroy the foam to get it in. Because of this poor fit, there's lots of strain on the zipper, which broke immediately because it's brittle zinc. Customer service was useless. I'm left without a hot tub cover, and without $500. Here's my exchange with Customer service: Me: "I tried to in the foam pieces and zip it up, the pull tab on the zipper on the vinyl broke. When I put some twine through the zipper area where the pull tab broke off, the ensure zipper thing that combines the zipper broke off. Please help, this has been very frustrating" CS: " Sorry you are frustrated. As the instructions from the vinyl box explain, you cannot use the zipper to force close the vinyl. ...we test assemble every cover before we package it to insure it will assemble easily for our customers.If you will ship the vinyl back to us, we will repair or replace the zipper, and return it to you." Me: "If there's a note about that in the instructions (*note, there isn't), it's not where I could find it (see attached). Will you send a label, or am I expected to pay for shipping?" CS: "Customers would be responsible for shipping. Unfortunately we don't have different zipper options so we'd replace yours with the same type."
