Good Quality Blanket, but it wasn't the right fit I do love my blanket! I love how it's able to calm me down from my anxiety and panic attacks. However, I did not realize the size of the blanket would be too small for me and the weight is quite unbearable. I am hoping I could get a refund and purchase another blanket (obviously a bigger size and lower weight)

Product good but had to call looking for order We love the product but we ordered an in stock option to get the fastest delivery time and had to call looking for our order to actually get it delivered. This happened two separate times.

Won't sleep with it but .. I bought this for my ADHD 14 year old hoping it would help him sleep but he says it's to heavy to sleep under. However both he and my 17 year old love to cuddle up under it when they watch TV and my older child is threatening to take it to college much to my younger one's dismay so we may end up buying a second.

My weighted blanket came to me with… My weighted blanket came to me with large black stains on it. I tried many methods to reach someone. I finally got a response email with fraudulent return mailing info. No one answers the phone. There was also a very large metal pipe fitting in the box. It also did not have a shipping or packing list. 10-18 I returned from out of state to find a replacement blanket. It was not the same color but it is clean. I have a mosaic blanket that I have had for many years and I absolutely love it and was hoping this experience would be the same. They need to work on customer service skills. I am satisfied with the attempt to rectify the situation.

I like the weight of the blanket I like the weight of the blanket. I just expected the size of the blanket itself to be larger. I don't know if I misunderstood or what but, I expected a much larger size blanket to cover my whole bed not just a small portion. That is my only disappointment.
