GBAt first I really linked the blanket… At first I really linked the blanket but the slightest tear in the fabric lead to the plastic pellets leaking out. It is not durable at all. My cats did not claw at it but simply walking across it created those little tears. Each segment should be reinforced with a durable pouch that gets sown in.

GBI just got my blanket and I love it!!! I just got my blanket and I love it! This is my second blanket from Mosaic. My other one, while beautiful and weighty, was a little too big and unwieldy for my size. When it finally bit the dust I decided to go with Mosaic again and I am not disappointed. The print is beautiful, the fabric feels nice, and the weight and dimensions are perfect. My only qualm was that customer service seemed, while polite, to be distracted and was not very knowledgeable or helpful in answering my questions.

GBI like the weight of the blanket I like the weight of the blanket. I just expected the size of the blanket itself to be larger. I don't know if I misunderstood or what but, I expected a much larger size blanket to cover my whole bed not just a small portion. That is my only disappointment.

GBMy weighted blanket came to me with… My weighted blanket came to me with large black stains on it. I tried many methods to reach someone. I finally got a response email with fraudulent return mailing info. No one answers the phone. There was also a very large metal pipe fitting in the box. It also did not have a shipping or packing list. 10-18 I returned from out of state to find a replacement blanket. It was not the same color but it is clean. I have a mosaic blanket that I have had for many years and I absolutely love it and was hoping this experience would be the same. They need to work on customer service skills. I am satisfied with the attempt to rectify the situation.

GBCustomer Service ZERO This has been, hands down, the worst customer service experience I have had. Not only was it not clear that things wouldn't ship in time for Christmas arrival, but then I was told they would ship "by Christmas." This also wasn't true. I dedicated 19 e-mail (yes, 19) to asking them to ship each $270 blanket to a different address (as now the recipients are not home for the holidays) and they tell me no. Their website clearly states "free shipping over $149," so tell me how this is right... You'd think companies would realize the way to create repeat customers (who bought just shy of $600 in product on the first purchase!!!) is to provide a general level of kindness and responsiveness for reasonable accommodation. How ridiculous! Also, the phone number they provide goes nowhere...
