My other one, while beautiful and weighty, was a little too big and unwieldy for my size. When it finally bit the dust I decided to go with Mosaic again and I am not disappointed. The print is beautiful, the fabric feels nice, and the weight and dimensions are perfect. My only qualm was that customer service seemed, while polite, to be distracted and was not very knowledgeable or helpful in answering my questions.

I am now sleeping so much better; the blanket helps me feel safe and more comfortable. Suggestions to make your company better: Your return policy is terrible...7 days? If it's going to be that short, the least you could do is provide a return shipping label. I think you could get a lot more business if you paid for shipping, not all shipping options, just the lowest one. The blanket itself is expensive, but worth it.

Poor customer service I ordered a weighted blanket through Mosaic Weighted Blankets based on suggested weight but was too heavy and causing pain. I ordered through them on the basis they said you had 30 days to return items. I attempted to call/email customer service multiple times to get a return label but couldn't reach anyone and finally, because there is a 30 day limit to returns and I knew it would take time to get back to them, I paid out of pocket for an expensive way to mail it back to them but get a return receipt. So I know they received it within the 30 day limit. The blanket was in perfect condition and essentially never used and in original packaging, all as requested. They claim they do refunds in two weeks on their website but several weeks later no refund and again no response to call/email. I am out a lot of money and feels like they are not an honest company.

Product good but had to call looking for order We love the product but we ordered an in stock option to get the fastest delivery time and had to call looking for our order to actually get it delivered. This happened two separate times.

Do not use this company I ordered from this company in time for a holiday gift. They not only never delivered the blanket they will not respond back about a refund. The owner blamed it on supply chain issues but they never reached out to let the customer (me) know about the issues. They are terrible to interact with as they have not kept to their word.
