After you spend $200++ dollars on one of their blankets, only to find out that it filled with a million litte tiny beads (that no one could possibly sleep under or move around under) On the receipt inside of the package, it states "NO RETURNS on blankets over 18lbs, NO EXCEPTIONS. Total waste of $225 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT OR THIS COMPANY!!!

My weighted blanket came to me with… My weighted blanket came to me with large black stains on it. I tried many methods to reach someone. I finally got a response email with fraudulent return mailing info. No one answers the phone. There was also a very large metal pipe fitting in the box. It also did not have a shipping or packing list. 10-18 I returned from out of state to find a replacement blanket. It was not the same color but it is clean. I have a mosaic blanket that I have had for many years and I absolutely love it and was hoping this experience would be the same. They need to work on customer service skills. I am satisfied with the attempt to rectify the situation.

I like the weight of the blanket I like the weight of the blanket. I just expected the size of the blanket itself to be larger. I don't know if I misunderstood or what but, I expected a much larger size blanket to cover my whole bed not just a small portion. That is my only disappointment.

Won't sleep with it but .. I bought this for my ADHD 14 year old hoping it would help him sleep but he says it's to heavy to sleep under. However both he and my 17 year old love to cuddle up under it when they watch TV and my older child is threatening to take it to college much to my younger one's dismay so we may end up buying a second.

I am now sleeping so much better; the blanket helps me feel safe and more comfortable. Suggestions to make your company better: Your return policy is terrible...7 days? If it's going to be that short, the least you could do is provide a return shipping label. I think you could get a lot more business if you paid for shipping, not all shipping options, just the lowest one. The blanket itself is expensive, but worth it.
