Customer Service ZERO This has been, hands down, the worst customer service experience I have had. Not only was it not clear that things wouldn't ship in time for Christmas arrival, but then I was told they would ship "by Christmas." This also wasn't true. I dedicated 19 e-mail (yes, 19) to asking them to ship each $270 blanket to a different address (as now the recipients are not home for the holidays) and they tell me no. Their website clearly states "free shipping over $149," so tell me how this is right... You'd think companies would realize the way to create repeat customers (who bought just shy of $600 in product on the first purchase!!!) is to provide a general level of kindness and responsiveness for reasonable accommodation. How ridiculous! Also, the phone number they provide goes nowhere...

Do not use this company I ordered from this company in time for a holiday gift. They not only never delivered the blanket they will not respond back about a refund. The owner blamed it on supply chain issues but they never reached out to let the customer (me) know about the issues. They are terrible to interact with as they have not kept to their word.

Return problems.... I received my blankets in a timely fashion, but realized right away that they weren't for me. I requested and received the return label, and shipped them back via UPS in the original box. The rest of the return has been very unacceptable, I was only credited back for one of the blankets not both. I've now had to call two additional times to get the remainder of my money back and haven't seen it as of yet.

Won't sleep with it but .. I bought this for my ADHD 14 year old hoping it would help him sleep but he says it's to heavy to sleep under. However both he and my 17 year old love to cuddle up under it when they watch TV and my older child is threatening to take it to college much to my younger one's dismay so we may end up buying a second.

Product good but had to call looking for order We love the product but we ordered an in stock option to get the fastest delivery time and had to call looking for our order to actually get it delivered. This happened two separate times.
