I was helped by 2 wonderful ladies, whom helped me choose my 2 beautiful glasses for a real good price with such an extensive variety of frames, which could be overwhelming.They were helpful to narrow my choices to the right one for my face features. The worst customer experience I ever encountered! You should be ashamed of being in the health care system. This place should not ever be in business. The most incompetent staff ever rude. The optometrist was good, however the supporting staff was incompetent and rude after I spent 1 and a half in this office the staff decided to take care of people walking in and asking questions rather than those with appointments. I will never recommend this place to anyone . I walked out without being properly attended and will never return. I will inform my insurance to drop eye lab in Gastonia NC East Franklin Blvd. They are terrible and don’t deserve to be in business. This happen Saturday May 20, 2023 from 1:30-3:45pm. i’ve bought 3 pairs from here and the… i’ve bought 3 pairs from here and the quality is pretty garbage, they look real nice but that garbage blue light lense always wears off and is terrible. apparently they changed it but this new one is just as bad.

They do not give accurate prescriptions… They do not give accurate prescriptions and it’s terrible being stuck with glasses that look weird and can’t see right they have so far refused a refund for the terrible service rendered still trying! Was lucky I didn’t get the glasses from there as they already gave me a refund! Twice in my life I thought my prescription was wrong and guess what I’m 40 and both places were my eye lab stay away if you care about your eyes!!

Horrible from the start 1 star is literally TOO MUCH!!! They are HORRIBLE 2 pair of glasses waited almost 3 weeks one pair came in with ONE TEMPLE and the lady couldn’t put the temple on said I would have to wait until Saturday for another worker that knew how to do it……3 more days (there were 3 workers there)oh and waiting another week for my second pair to come!!
