Also, my glasses arrived within eight days, which was within the stated estimated 7 - 10 day time-frame promised.

Great Service in Hickory NC I was so happy to see all the frames with the spring hinges for women. Where I had purchased in the past had a very limited selection. Eye Lab in Hickory NC was well stocked!!! We were greeted and served immediately upon walking in the door by a very professional and courteous staff. From the time I walked in the door, made my selection, and purchased my glass frames including filing insurance we were out in less than an hour and well satisfied. I would recommend Eye Lab of Hickory NC to anyone!!!

How to get a refund from Eyelab Well , it seems that they're changing their name . No surprise considering how bad their reputation is . If you didn't get a refund as promised , file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau . I filed complaints with every agency I could find with no results . When I finally contacted the BBB I got a call from Eyelab within 2 days and a refund within a week ! Screw My Eyelab and Stanton Optical !
