Im so dissapointed with Eye Lab Im so dissapointed with Eye Lab. because when they did my eye exam they they gave me very costly prescription. (ther are other options) i tried to tell them i need something cheper .but the doctor "Chase jeckson o d" is now not responding. that means they dont have any responsibilities after taking mony!!

They do not give accurate prescriptions… They do not give accurate prescriptions and it’s terrible being stuck with glasses that look weird and can’t see right they have so far refused a refund for the terrible service rendered still trying! Was lucky I didn’t get the glasses from there as they already gave me a refund! Twice in my life I thought my prescription was wrong and guess what I’m 40 and both places were my eye lab stay away if you care about your eyes!!

I somehow managed to leave home without… I somehow managed to leave home without packing my contacts for vacation. I contacted my eye doctor back home and they emailed me my prescription. While on the highway and knowing we were about to be passing through Bowling Green, KY, I reached out to Eye Lab. They helped me out with some trial contacts after verifying my current prescription! I will now be able to see during vacation!! Thank you so much!

I really don’t think they deserve 1… I really don’t think they deserve 1 star….unfortunately I bought insurance on my glasses and they were of no help…apparently all locations in Austin are closed and the closest one is in Killeen, Texas….if you call the number on the store in Parmer Ln. they are of no help….they say someone 🤷🏽‍♀️ will get intouch with me and help but I highly doubt that….when all of their locations in Austin, Texas are closed. I regret purchasing my glasses here and much less their insurance 🤦🏽‍♀️ please don’t waste your time there

Great Service in Hickory NC I was so happy to see all the frames with the spring hinges for women. Where I had purchased in the past had a very limited selection. Eye Lab in Hickory NC was well stocked!!! We were greeted and served immediately upon walking in the door by a very professional and courteous staff. From the time I walked in the door, made my selection, and purchased my glass frames including filing insurance we were out in less than an hour and well satisfied. I would recommend Eye Lab of Hickory NC to anyone!!!
