Horrible from the start 1 star is literally TOO MUCH!!! They are HORRIBLE 2 pair of glasses waited almost 3 weeks one pair came in with ONE TEMPLE and the lady couldn’t put the temple on said I would have to wait until Saturday for another worker that knew how to do it……3 more days (there were 3 workers there)oh and waiting another week for my second pair to come!! I somehow managed to leave home without… I somehow managed to leave home without packing my contacts for vacation. I contacted my eye doctor back home and they emailed me my prescription. While on the highway and knowing we were about to be passing through Bowling Green, KY, I reached out to Eye Lab. They helped me out with some trial contacts after verifying my current prescription! I will now be able to see during vacation!! Thank you so much!

She worked with me using my insurance or using the discounts they offered and got me the best pricing. I was walk in for an eye exam and didnt have to wait and eye exam was virtual and i truly am very happy how my experience has been with My Eyelab

Worst eyeglass shop I"ve ever seen. Son in law went in to get a new set of glasses. Bandera Road Store, San Antonio, Texas. They told him it was mandatory for him to have anti glare and other lens add ons, due to his astigmatism. Yet on the paperwork they gave him, they listed it as "recommended". Ashton, who claimed to be the store "general manager", again stated it was mandatory, refused to cancel the order within 30 mins of the order, and had to be the absolute worst customer service representative I've ever dealt with. Stay away from this company. Biggest bait and switch, I've ever seen. Worst customer service ever.

I was helped by 2 wonderful ladies, whom helped me choose my 2 beautiful glasses for a real good price with such an extensive variety of frames, which could be overwhelming.They were helpful to narrow my choices to the right one for my face features.
