The worst customer experience I ever encountered! You should be ashamed of being in the health care system. This place should not ever be in business. The most incompetent staff ever rude. The optometrist was good, however the supporting staff was incompetent and rude after I spent 1 and a half in this office the staff decided to take care of people walking in and asking questions rather than those with appointments. I will never recommend this place to anyone . I walked out without being properly attended and will never return. I will inform my insurance to drop eye lab in Gastonia NC East Franklin Blvd. They are terrible and don’t deserve to be in business. This happen Saturday May 20, 2023 from 1:30-3:45pm.
