I was helped by 2 wonderful ladies, whom helped me choose my 2 beautiful glasses for a real good price with such an extensive variety of frames, which could be overwhelming.They were helpful to narrow my choices to the right one for my face features. GBThey do not give accurate prescriptions… They do not give accurate prescriptions and it’s terrible being stuck with glasses that look weird and can’t see right they have so far refused a refund for the terrible service rendered still trying! Was lucky I didn’t get the glasses from there as they already gave me a refund! Twice in my life I thought my prescription was wrong and guess what I’m 40 and both places were my eye lab stay away if you care about your eyes!!

GBTo finish review...without Cecil s help I would still be glasses less. My Eye Lab still has a funky business plan...production shop..is not good for patients..but Cecil is the MAN. Video get examination. Call center communication..ridiculous service..You have to repeat yourself because of limited English speaking foreign..good balls..no knowledge.Glasses px is clown..like.fun house mirrors. Asked for a real optometrist..not a philippo doctor on tv 1000 s of miles away...gave me appt..They called dey of appointment and cancelled. 3 months have gone by ..no call. I reported this elderly scam company to Medicare .They took my 200.00 benefit and an extra 165.00 in cash .I now today had to drive 30 miles to Orange Park FL. .and lady tells me they now have no personal.. Optometrist in company . WHAT???.I am going to Pickett..store if I have to to save seniors from this obvious over seas owned scam company. Really video Dr.??? 904 4444541..call me with English speaking person.

GBWas called back by home office to… Was called back by home office to remedy my scratches on glasses, was no help, they put me back in touch with store that could only apologize again but do nothing to resolve my problem, will never go back.Will use Americans Best again, there a least honest.

GBBad experience. … Jesus I wish I’d checked reviews before becoming a customer. Huge regret. Arguing with them about refunds. No doc on site. Takes weeks to get glasses and contacts. And the contacts were completely unusable. So not sur I trust the telehealth doc routine
