They will charge you without you knowing You have to email back when you receive a sales email and mention that you are not interested. It happened to me that no answer was turned into a yes by a sales guy ( name withheld by the writer). As a result Cloud bed billing took in total $1661.86 dollars out of my account. The service to talk to management is nonexistent. It feels like you talk to sales staff and are moved from one ticket to an other. Very frustrating . The booking system is good but this company is getting very greedy and expensive. Watch out !!!!
