I have had issues with computer related zoom meeting setup that he helped with on top of training on the Cloudbeds system. I look forward to seeing my reservations increase as well as my revenue.

Cloudbeds has been fantastic Cloudbeds has been really amazing. It is highly versatile and allows us to get immediate assistance with any issues or questions in real time. I have used cloudbeds for several hotel companies that I have been a GM of and they keep evolving as the market and demand does. Also, I have to point out that Raul Ramirez, my current property onboarding coach, is one of the most efficient and helpful people I have ever worked with.

Less than impressed After the initial sales correspondence everything fell apart. The person assigned to facilitate the set up was unresponsive in getting to a mutually agreed upon timeframe. The company was informed of this, but no help. We opted to not go forward and Cloudbeds still is trying to charge us. Even though this was well laid out with our sales person, we've just been shunted over to a billing department that wasn't brought up to speed. Color us significantly less than impressed.

Sandy Prabowo is truly outstanding and has been incredibly helpful! For nearly two weeks, we've been struggling with back-and-forth issues and contacting different people at Cloudsbed. But Sandy has been a true help, taking tangible actions and keeping us informed. Thanks to him, ensuring we stay on track without any stress.
