CALess than impressed After the initial sales correspondence everything fell apart. The person assigned to facilitate the set up was unresponsive in getting to a mutually agreed upon timeframe. The company was informed of this, but no help. We opted to not go forward and Cloudbeds still is trying to charge us. Even though this was well laid out with our sales person, we've just been shunted over to a billing department that wasn't brought up to speed. Color us significantly less than impressed.

GBLife just got easier! My experience with Cloudbeds so for has been exceptional! The gentleman who introduced Cloudbeds was never pushy, however, he followed up several times over the past two years. We finally were able to join recently. Our Onboard coach Raina was AWESOME!! She was a perfect coach for us. We like the functionality of the program, the reports offered, and the fact the program is not fractured is accessible on any device and has a fair price.

GBExcellent On-boarding I’m in the process of on-boarding with Cloudbeds. The process has been simple and intuitive and the on-boarding specialist helping me, Raul, has been amazing. He is knowledgeable, efficient and was willing to research solutions for some questions I had that were outside of the norm!
