PTGetting started with Cloudbeds Our company only started working with Cloudbeds very recently, so our feedback is short-lived. Getting started with Cloudbeds was easy and our onboarding coach was extremely patient and helpful. AUWatch out for sales emails and check your bank account Watch out for sales emails and check your bank account. Sales people will implement a feature that you never agreed to. They will charge you without you knowing You have to email back when you receive a sales email and mention that you are not interested. It happened to me that no answer was turned into a yes by a sales guy ( name withheld by the writer). As a result Cloud bed billing took in total $1661.86 dollars out of my account. The service to talk to management is nonexistent. It feels like you talk to sales staff and are moved from one ticket to an other. Very frustrating . The booking system is good but this company is getting very greedy and expensive. Watch out !!!!

BEBest hotel PMS on the market We've tried several hotel PMS's and Cloudbeds is the one that stuck, the software is very user friendly they have a professional team that really tries to help and best of all they are constantly improving.

He was efficient while making sure I understood the steps, and he adjusted to my speed which helped us finish fast.
