GBHorrible bedside manners and no follow up I was given a skin biopsy on 1 Feb 2024 and was told it should take 7-10 business days for the pathology. I asked the PA if I should worry about these next 7-10 business days, and she said "yes". I called on business day 8 and they said, "you'll have it at the end of the week" then I called today, business day 12 and she said she would call the lab. I called in the morning and never heard back. It is now 16 days after my appointment and I have no idea if I have cancer.

GBMarathon office I have used Advanced Dermatology for several years despite having to drive 50 miles each way to get there. Today there was a sign on the door stating they are closing the office in Marathon & combining services at their Islamorada office. That means to continue using them, I will have to drive 85 miles each way! That is just crazy when there are other dermatologists close to my home. Today the wait was long because they were backed up, with not even enough chairs for everyone in the waiting room. Why close this busy office? I hope they consider what an impact closing the Marathon office will have on the community & their long term patients.

GBLack of transparency I've wasted too much time with my complaint directly with the office, and later with Better Business Bureau filling a formal complaint, so I will not be very detailed. The lack of response from managment concerning a billing issue I had was below poor. I was provided a service where the cost was not transpoarten or even informed during or after time of service. I do not recommend this company.

GBAdvanced Dermatology in Olive Branch Advanced Dermatology in Olive Branch, MS sucks!!!! The lady that answers the phone is rude and the damn voicemail for the provider is always full. I been waiting on a damn prescription that was prescribed a damn week ago and haven’t received it yet. I wish I had read the reviews about this place before hand.

GBEach doctor chooses which insurance plans to accept. Not a group thing. They apparently do not have the No Surprise Billing act applying to them. Doctors and PA's from the same office can choose to or not choose specific insurance plans. We went to one on our plan and could not get back to see her so saw the PA who apparently was not in the plan. Why ever ask for insurance in advance if you plan to never see if it applies. How about a disclaimer that their individual doctors have different insurance plans. So now we have a huge bill that is normally $20.
