Blink Health: A Sordid Debacle on its Best Day The Blink Health website allowed me to order, pay for, and arrange pick-up at a local pharmacy -- all without the prescription of a doctor. They took $2,576.77 from my checking account without a problem. But the local pharmacy had no record of my order. After repeated phone calls to the Blink Health "customer care" line and being put on hold for well over 1-1/2 hours total, I was finally able to speak with a human being, who was able to cancel my order. She had no explanation though, as to why the order was ever able to be placed, without a doctor being involved.

Look for a different company! I'm not sure how this company stays in business. I've been getting two medications from them for about 5 years now, and they're both meds that are approved and prescribed by THEIR in house doctors. But every time, and I mean every single time, they deny one or both meds when I try to refill and say I need to have my doctor call in a new refill, even though their own site says I'll have 3 refills remaining, several months out. It's like pulling teeth every single time. It takes days for them to respond, and then they ask for info you gave them in the first contact. Then you have to wait several more days, and the confusion may or may not be cleared up, usually not. I strongly recommend you find another company to serve you. This one is VERY unreliable.

Payment of my Rx was received by but 2 weeks later still waiting for my medication! Payment of my Rx was received by Blink and 2 weeks later I still have not received my Rx! When I call their agents are kind and seem to truly want to help…but there are so many other problems in line ahead of me they are also trying to resolve! Something is terribly wrong. Since this review I received my RX…I believe that delivery problems may be beyond their control. But let me say I am totally happy with their phone reps assistance.

Medication was ordered on March 13 Medication was ordered on March 13, 2024. I have not received it. After calling to check on the status they said they would text or email an update. As of today I haven't received an answer when my medication should arrive. Terrible company stay away!

Works Fast and Great Prices! Was worried by some of the negative reviews, but found Blink shortly after placing an order on Roman. Quickly canceled my order and went through Blink instead. Prescription was provided in less than 24 hours and picked up my meds that next morning at my local pharmacy. No issues whatsoever and it was more 1/4 of the price for my meds.
