POOR QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Save your time and money and DO NOT buy from Alloy.com. Everything I have received has been absolute garbage and does not follow the beautiful descriptions and size charts in their catalog. I am trying to return my third and final order with them. There was an error, so I called their 24 hour customer service and the person said the actual customer service is only there until 5:30 eastern time, completely negating what was written in an email from one of their online customer reps! I have wasted time and money with this company one too many times and I am going to BBB if they don't give me my money back asap. I don't understand how they can sell such poor quality clothing, treat their customers so poorly and get away with it.

Alloy Employees are thieves I went online to purchase a $20 skirt with anticipation to order additional if this arrived to my expectations. However, a computer problem on their site prevented the online order. Thus, I called and made the purchase by phone. To my surprise my account was debited twice for the purchase. Here's the worse - the associate used my account information and went to Target.com and went on a $200. shopping spree Upon my return calls to inform them of the stealing agent, no one was interested in my experience and placed me on their musical holds each time I called back. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DON'T WANT FRAUD ON YOUR BANKING CARDS!

awful This site and company are ridiculous. They took money out of my account then refunded it and cancelled my order without telling me (5 times!). I spent days online and on the phone trying to reorder my clothes, dealing with both rude and disrespectful customer service. Then was told it was my fault for ordering online and not by phone. I was a long time customer and i seriously dont know if i will ever shop Alloy again!

Lovely clothing at low prices... I've ordered from Alloy in the past and never had problems with receiving my shipment on time or returns. I recently decided to order again, and was quite hesitant after placing my order because of all the horrible reviews on this site. I got my shipment today a day before scheduled, the items were lovely and well made. I ordered two sweaters for 30 dollars including shipping, thats a god damn steal! The one sweater was a tad bit smaller than I expected but nonetheless I am very satisfied. Would definitely order again. c:

Horrible I ordered a pair of jeans in size 7 and when I got them they were too small and didn't really look as good as they did in the picture, altogether I paid 40 dollars. So I returned them and only got 25 back! So when I contacted alloy they sent me an email saying 5.95 was deducted for ups, and they told me "dear costumer if you're returning two items or more additional 10 dollar fee will be deducted. Ummmn I returned one item. Horrible costumer service, will never order again!!!!
