Customer service is horrible Customer service is horrible. If you need to return anything it's takes forever to get your refund. They tell you 10-14 business days from when they recieve it. And they take the entire 14 days and then some. Will not buy anything from there again!!!

I’ve called several times to check on returns on two different orders and they keep giving the story about 2 weeks and then some after it arrives and by golly you better have some tracking number for everything or else you’ll get some other BS story ... they were good many years ago but now is a scam or they have 3 people in return department.

Bad customer service I place an order on April 20, 2016, i got a confirmation number and get charged on my credit card. A week later did not receive the item or any more e-mails. I called several times, no answer and average waiting of 15 mins. I have sent e-mails, no answer at all. Finally was able to get a person on the phone and told me that the order number I got over the e-mail did not exist, and didn't give me any other choice. I call my bank to get the charges back. Poor customer service, they don't even try to satisfy the customer, to get the customer back and to try to correct their mistake. Too bad, very disappointed!

absolutely disgusting International shopper, I an avid shopper online and I saw this company looked over their policies, it all seemed legit until I ordered. I made an order since end of November its now 1st of 2013 no order received and constant run around when you call them. Several other companies I ordered from had my packages before 1 week and under my tree. NEVER AGAIN ALLOY I would not recommend them to a tree much less a living soul (person). Absolutely disgusted at their service most terrible ever NO FREKKING STARS .....

If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. Their clothes are so cheap and their customer service is SO SO bad. No where on their site for through their Facebook page can you leave a review, but their OWN link which you find on a internet search has nothing but positive reviews. I’m sure their wrote by employees. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
