GBShady and dishonest, ignorant customer service Don't use Paypal if you don't know how to bill people correctly through their site. Apparently one person at Alloy has knowledge of their Paypal system and she's never available to resolve customer billing issues. I was charged 5 seperate times for one order and ended up paying nearly $40 over the payment I authorized. I can't get a straight answer from anyone in their billing department and think it's absolutely ridiculous that I am having to explain myself over and over again to a company who admits they've overcharged me and yet nobody has "authorization" to credit my account! It's a good thing I elected to go through Paypal with the added security and privacy protection, or I probably would've been robbed blind! DON'T SHOP HERE...IT'S NOT WORTH "SAVING" A FEW BUCKS!

GBComplete ripoff and total nightmare I placed an order on June 7th and after I paid I was informed on my receipt that one of my items wouldn't be available until July 16!! I called June 8th and told Alloy that I wanted that item removed from my order and instead add a pair of sandals. Instead of just charging me the difference for the sandals..they charged my account twice!! I called customer service and they were rude and not helpful at all. So for now I'm stuck paying $217 for 3 tops, a necklace and sandals which should have cost $115 (including my express delivery) Please! Please buyer beware..this company and its clothes are not worth the headache.

GB4 weeks and no jeans It's been 4 weeks and I've only received the 2 out of 3 jeans I purchased. I emailed them two weeks ago asking about my order, and received a bogus response. It took way too long to ship out my first two items and I'm still waiting on another item. Their website has been down because it won't let me click the "check my order status" button! I've tried for the past week. No point of contacting customer service again because response is going to bogus!! There are other retailers in the industry so steer away from this one!

GBPOOR QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Save your time and money and DO NOT buy from Alloy.com. Everything I have received has been absolute garbage and does not follow the beautiful descriptions and size charts in their catalog. I am trying to return my third and final order with them. There was an error, so I called their 24 hour customer service and the person said the actual customer service is only there until 5:30 eastern time, completely negating what was written in an email from one of their online customer reps! I have wasted time and money with this company one too many times and I am going to BBB if they don't give me my money back asap. I don't understand how they can sell such poor quality clothing, treat their customers so poorly and get away with it.

GBBring back the selection and dump this new revamp.. it’s horrible. Just wanted to say that the Hirsch Acquisition LLC that bought Alloy has completely destroyed the brand. The original store had a huge selection and was reasonably priced. The store catered to young adults and teenagers and now if you can find a shirt that’s appealing is a miracle. So from 2005 until 2013 really awesome store. If the company is interested in what it’s consumers has to say, revamp your merketing and apparel buying team or you will soon be out of business. There’s nothing appealing or interesting about your online business.
