GBAlloy Employees are thieves I went online to purchase a $20 skirt with anticipation to order additional if this arrived to my expectations. However, a computer problem on their site prevented the online order. Thus, I called and made the purchase by phone. To my surprise my account was debited twice for the purchase. Here's the worse - the associate used my account information and went to Target.com and went on a $200. shopping spree Upon my return calls to inform them of the stealing agent, no one was interested in my experience and placed me on their musical holds each time I called back. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DON'T WANT FRAUD ON YOUR BANKING CARDS!

GB4 weeks and no jeans It's been 4 weeks and I've only received the 2 out of 3 jeans I purchased. I emailed them two weeks ago asking about my order, and received a bogus response. It took way too long to ship out my first two items and I'm still waiting on another item. Their website has been down because it won't let me click the "check my order status" button! I've tried for the past week. No point of contacting customer service again because response is going to bogus!! There are other retailers in the industry so steer away from this one!

GBNo customer service July 5th i processed and order for which my credit card was charged $174. I've trying for 4 days to get someone on the phone because I was never sent a order number confirmation so I could track my order. What I've Geena getting is please hold for a rep. A long drawn out recording for at least 5 minutes and then the phone disconnects... So disappointed have had issues with deliveries previously, with them not sending products until they reauthorize but never where this... would rate them a 0 if I could

GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. Their clothes are so cheap and their customer service is SO SO bad. No where on their site for through their Facebook page can you leave a review, but their OWN link which you find on a internet search has nothing but positive reviews. I’m sure their wrote by employees. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

GBHorrible I ordered a pair of jeans in size 7 and when I got them they were too small and didn't really look as good as they did in the picture, altogether I paid 40 dollars. So I returned them and only got 25 back! So when I contacted alloy they sent me an email saying 5.95 was deducted for ups, and they told me "dear costumer if you're returning two items or more additional 10 dollar fee will be deducted. Ummmn I returned one item. Horrible costumer service, will never order again!!!!
