Alloy Employees are thieves I went online to purchase a $20 skirt with anticipation to order additional if this arrived to my expectations. However, a computer problem on their site prevented the online order. Thus, I called and made the purchase by phone. To my surprise my account was debited twice for the purchase. Here's the worse - the associate used my account information and went to Target.com and went on a $200. shopping spree Upon my return calls to inform them of the stealing agent, no one was interested in my experience and placed me on their musical holds each time I called back. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DON'T WANT FRAUD ON YOUR BANKING CARDS!

POOR QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Save your time and money and DO NOT buy from Alloy.com. Everything I have received has been absolute garbage and does not follow the beautiful descriptions and size charts in their catalog. I am trying to return my third and final order with them. There was an error, so I called their 24 hour customer service and the person said the actual customer service is only there until 5:30 eastern time, completely negating what was written in an email from one of their online customer reps! I have wasted time and money with this company one too many times and I am going to BBB if they don't give me my money back asap. I don't understand how they can sell such poor quality clothing, treat their customers so poorly and get away with it.

No customer service July 5th i processed and order for which my credit card was charged $174. I've trying for 4 days to get someone on the phone because I was never sent a order number confirmation so I could track my order. What I've Geena getting is please hold for a rep. A long drawn out recording for at least 5 minutes and then the phone disconnects... So disappointed have had issues with deliveries previously, with them not sending products until they reauthorize but never where this... would rate them a 0 if I could

Complete ripoff and total nightmare I placed an order on June 7th and after I paid I was informed on my receipt that one of my items wouldn't be available until July 16!! I called June 8th and told Alloy that I wanted that item removed from my order and instead add a pair of sandals. Instead of just charging me the difference for the sandals..they charged my account twice!! I called customer service and they were rude and not helpful at all. So for now I'm stuck paying $217 for 3 tops, a necklace and sandals which should have cost $115 (including my express delivery) Please! Please buyer beware..this company and its clothes are not worth the headache.

Horrible I ordered a pair of jeans in size 7 and when I got them they were too small and didn't really look as good as they did in the picture, altogether I paid 40 dollars. So I returned them and only got 25 back! So when I contacted alloy they sent me an email saying 5.95 was deducted for ups, and they told me "dear costumer if you're returning two items or more additional 10 dollar fee will be deducted. Ummmn I returned one item. Horrible costumer service, will never order again!!!!
