I just want to know what happened I just want to know what happened to the old more fashion forward alloy apparel!!!? The entire site is the same look over and over again! The quality has gone down hill it’s ridiculous!!! Where are tall women supposed to shop online now?! Any suggestions?!

Can I go negative 👎 5 stars ? Can I go negative 👎 5 stars ?? Worst return process !! I’ve called several times to check on returns on two different orders and they keep giving the story about 2 weeks and then some after it arrives and by golly you better have some tracking number for everything or else you’ll get some other BS story ... they were good many years ago but now is a scam or they have 3 people in return department.

Customer Service & Clothing are terrible I will never shop with Alloy again. Their clothes are already overly priced and completely ill-fitted....but to make matters worse, Customer Service never answers emails. I'll take my business elsewhere.

No customer service July 5th i processed and order for which my credit card was charged $174. I've trying for 4 days to get someone on the phone because I was never sent a order number confirmation so I could track my order. What I've Geena getting is please hold for a rep. A long drawn out recording for at least 5 minutes and then the phone disconnects... So disappointed have had issues with deliveries previously, with them not sending products until they reauthorize but never where this... would rate them a 0 if I could

Bad customer service I place an order on April 20, 2016, i got a confirmation number and get charged on my credit card. A week later did not receive the item or any more e-mails. I called several times, no answer and average waiting of 15 mins. I have sent e-mails, no answer at all. Finally was able to get a person on the phone and told me that the order number I got over the e-mail did not exist, and didn't give me any other choice. I call my bank to get the charges back. Poor customer service, they don't even try to satisfy the customer, to get the customer back and to try to correct their mistake. Too bad, very disappointed!
