If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. Their clothes are so cheap and their customer service is SO SO bad. No where on their site for through their Facebook page can you leave a review, but their OWN link which you find on a internet search has nothing but positive reviews. I’m sure their wrote by employees. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Customer service is horrible Customer service is horrible. If you need to return anything it's takes forever to get your refund. They tell you 10-14 business days from when they recieve it. And they take the entire 14 days and then some. Will not buy anything from there again!!!

Bring back the selection and dump this new revamp.. it’s horrible. Just wanted to say that the Hirsch Acquisition LLC that bought Alloy has completely destroyed the brand. The original store had a huge selection and was reasonably priced. The store catered to young adults and teenagers and now if you can find a shirt that’s appealing is a miracle. So from 2005 until 2013 really awesome store. If the company is interested in what it’s consumers has to say, revamp your merketing and apparel buying team or you will soon be out of business. There’s nothing appealing or interesting about your online business.

absolutely disgusting International shopper, I an avid shopper online and I saw this company looked over their policies, it all seemed legit until I ordered. I made an order since end of November its now 1st of 2013 no order received and constant run around when you call them. Several other companies I ordered from had my packages before 1 week and under my tree. NEVER AGAIN ALLOY I would not recommend them to a tree much less a living soul (person). Absolutely disgusted at their service most terrible ever NO FREKKING STARS .....

I just want to know what happened I just want to know what happened to the old more fashion forward alloy apparel!!!? The entire site is the same look over and over again! The quality has gone down hill it’s ridiculous!!! Where are tall women supposed to shop online now?! Any suggestions?!
