GBIf I could give a negative number I… If I could give a negative number I would. Bought the Audien Atom One. Unit never worked correctly. Company proclaims to be an American Company. It should be noted that if you do not speak or understand India dialects do not contact their customer service. Complete waste of time and energy. Followed every instruction provide to include watching every provided video. Unit failed to operate correctly from the first time using. Unit would show fully charged after charging over night then in 30 minutes it was start beeping (4 times) indicating battery was low. This was in one unit only. Customer service is a call center some where in India. I bought this product as a backup, don’t waste you time or money for this useless product.

GBAbove the rest I had tried other hearing aids from online suppliers. They had horrible customer service. I had issues with the first pair I bought from Audien. What did they do? They solved the problem. Erin was so helpful and considerate. I highly recommend them.

GBThe atom didn't work for my mom-but I can return them for refund The atom didn't work for my mom who is in her 90's. Perhaps her hearing deficit was too severe to benefit from these aids, but company did send return mailing label so I will get a refund.

GBA wise choice Both my sisters have hearing aids. The 3-5K type. Even though my Medicare would pay much of the cost, $1000 was still my responsibility. Then the FDA decided it was no longer necessary for a Doctor visit and prescription. I did my research and decided the Audien Pro 2 was worth the trial. Since owning them for a month it’s made conversation and tv watching like it use to. This was a wise choice and i highly recommend this company and product

GBOrdered aids. Needed to return. Ordered aids. Had an issue with sound. ENT and hearing appointments concluded a vaccination I just received caused a form of tinnitus and the aids would not work for me. This was a myself issue, not Audien's product. I requested and received a label to return them and got an immediate refund. After more checking by my doctors, I am hoping to be able to buy from Audien for the actual hearing aid I need for my level of hearing loss. My experience with Audien was one of cooperation and understanding.
