GBAudien hearing aids are THE BEST My husband is severely hearing impaired, and we first went the route of the $5000 set of hearing aids from the audiologist. When one of them was lost, I purchased him a pair of Audien Hearing Aids, and he's happier with them than the ones that cost several thousand dollars. Over the past several years I have purchased several pairs of Audien hearing aids, so we always have a back-up pair. Our most recent purchase was the 2.0....which are smaller and have even better sound quality. The price is very affordable, even with being on a limited income. Customer service is great, and they make sure all your questions are answered. We want to thank you for giving him back his hearing.

GBHorrible customer service. I had to return 2 sets of hearing aids due to constant feedback. They claim they never received the second pair back, so they are refusing to pay the refund. I followed their directions for the return, but now I’m out close to $300 dollars. Do not use this company. These are the order numbers: #749607; #750377; #757736;

GBA Happy Ending Audien offered to reimburse purchasing an upgraded model with a honorarium. After receiving and trying to touch bases, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. However, Liz not only went the extra mile but a few more. She was extremely patient and understanding tracing the problem to an email glitch. The check was lost by USPS, which again, Liz was instrumental with an inquiry. Unable to locate it, Liz and Audien launched another check which was delivered via another carrier. It’s impatient people like me that make her job more difficult but I’m so glad she is so adept at handing people like me. The new hearing aids - the Adam Pro 2 are working extremely well with improved technology.

GBGreat Customer Service I originally purchased the Atom and the Atom Pro. Only the Atom arrived. After several weeks, I sent an inquiry if they were being shipped separately and why did I only receive the Atom? Omar with Customer Service was great. He sent me out a replacement pair for the Atom Pro that was lost during shipping. My boyfriend was already impressed with what he could hear with the Atom, but when he tried the Atom Pro, he could really sense the improvement in quality of sound. We are very happy with both sets of hearing aids and the amount of money we saved over purchasing "traditional" over the ear hearing aids.

GBAbove the rest I had tried other hearing aids from online suppliers. They had horrible customer service. I had issues with the first pair I bought from Audien. What did they do? They solved the problem. Erin was so helpful and considerate. I highly recommend them.
