Audien hearing aids are THE BEST My husband is severely hearing impaired, and we first went the route of the $5000 set of hearing aids from the audiologist. When one of them was lost, I purchased him a pair of Audien Hearing Aids, and he's happier with them than the ones that cost several thousand dollars. Over the past several years I have purchased several pairs of Audien hearing aids, so we always have a back-up pair. Our most recent purchase was the 2.0....which are smaller and have even better sound quality. The price is very affordable, even with being on a limited income. Customer service is great, and they make sure all your questions are answered. We want to thank you for giving him back his hearing.

Ordered aids. Needed to return. Ordered aids. Had an issue with sound. ENT and hearing appointments concluded a vaccination I just received caused a form of tinnitus and the aids would not work for me. This was a myself issue, not Audien's product. I requested and received a label to return them and got an immediate refund. After more checking by my doctors, I am hoping to be able to buy from Audien for the actual hearing aid I need for my level of hearing loss. My experience with Audien was one of cooperation and understanding.

My customer service experience was fantastic! My customer service experience was great. It was the easiest experience I've had with any customer service in many years. The first set of hearing aids were too big for my ear canals, so I was upgraded to another pair that will hopefully work. They are due to arrive today.

Atom 2 Return Had an issue whereas we purchased the Atom 2 set, hoping it could enhance the hearing of our 93-year old mother. Unfortunately, it provided no additional gain from what she currently is using. Needing to return on their 45-day policy, they were quick and efficient to send SASE package label.
