Upgraded to BTE (behind the ear)… Upgraded to BTE (behind the ear) hearing aids after trying the Audien Atom Pro & love these. Have only used 2 days but they are the best. Smaller than most behind the ears aids, gray color but not that visable; comfortable, very little feedback

A wise choice Both my sisters have hearing aids. The 3-5K type. Even though my Medicare would pay much of the cost, $1000 was still my responsibility. Then the FDA decided it was no longer necessary for a Doctor visit and prescription. I did my research and decided the Audien Pro 2 was worth the trial. Since owning them for a month it’s made conversation and tv watching like it use to. This was a wise choice and i highly recommend this company and product

Audien hearing aids are THE BEST My husband is severely hearing impaired, and we first went the route of the $5000 set of hearing aids from the audiologist. When one of them was lost, I purchased him a pair of Audien Hearing Aids, and he's happier with them than the ones that cost several thousand dollars. Over the past several years I have purchased several pairs of Audien hearing aids, so we always have a back-up pair. Our most recent purchase was the 2.0....which are smaller and have even better sound quality. The price is very affordable, even with being on a limited income. Customer service is great, and they make sure all your questions are answered. We want to thank you for giving him back his hearing.

Awful refiund policy seems to be a scam They came quickly . I found they did not fit me, much too big. within hours of their arrival I notified ausdien as per their refund guarantee policy I needed to t=return them. went thru site, no response. tried phone number. 1st time they said they would call back never did, second time, 14 minutes on child, by clock, and then they disconnected. sent 3 emails and also no reply. sent replies to their ad emails to me or I'm your audien consultant if you have issues Im your personal person to contact and still no response. also tweeted to them 2x, again no response. As far as I am concerned they are scam company. they do send the product but their refund policy is a lie, or they would honor it and respond when asked to start refund process.

The atom didn't work for my mom-but I can return them for refund The atom didn't work for my mom who is in her 90's. Perhaps her hearing deficit was too severe to benefit from these aids, but company did send return mailing label so I will get a refund.
