TX-5 Mini Hearing Aids… No word I purchased TX-5 Mini Hearing Aids order number #203745 on the 03/04/2024. I received an order confirmation email on the 04/04/2024. It said that the delivery would be between 1 - 2 weeks. Its now 24/04/2024. I haven't received any information, no tracking, nothing. I sent a polite email and haven't heard anything back. I'm eager to give good feedback, if I receive a working pair. Bossa please let me know something. My old hearing aids have broke. Australia isn't that far away?!

We are Very pleased My husband and i both ordered your hearing aides for the ear ringing advantage. For the most part they have worked well and knowing what we know now would purchase them again. One thing we especially like is the ability to recharge earing aides multiple times with only one charge of the charger.

Awful company I ordered a hearing aid months ago. Had to return it due to fit. I’ve been waiting at least 6 months for my. Refund. I did everything that they requested and I’m not getting any results. This company is a SCAM!! No one ever answers the phone.. and yet, they tell me to call them on the last review!
