USI ordered the Proton Max hearing aids… I ordered the Proton Max hearing aids on March 31, 2024. I have emailed Bossa 3 times. Each time I did receive a response. They stated the order was being processed. They assured a tracking number would be sent via email. I still have yet to receive anything. I also paid for expedited shipping. I can not review this product because I do not have the hearing aids as of 4.16.24. Michael

USI'm writing for my husband who has had… I'm writing for my husband who has had his TX5mini+ for little more than a week now after my daughter in law suggested we order a pair of hearing aids online. ( We all knew that it was not going to be a good experience with the wearing due to my father in law and brother in law having paid boo koo bucks, top of the line hearing aids and complaining about them ) , I did research and found these were the best for the money and felt that if my husband didn't like, we weren't out a lot of money, But when they arrived, about 3 weeks, my husband actually read the instructions and off he went. He had them to pass his CDL test, with flying colors, has easily learned how to adjust volume, swapped out the different size cones for adjustment and is amazed with what he was missing to hear! Seems a shame the other low raters didn't have the patience to wait on delivery. My daughter in law has told her dad who has expensive hearing aids to order from Bossa as well as his expensive ones are in the repair shop. Good product, would certainly recommend !

USThe Bossa TX-1 MINI a great product They have a great product (TX-1 MINI). So far they are comfortable, & working great. Still turning them down, so as not to hear too much!! I had great response from customer service! I think most of there negative responses are people getting Antsy about waiting for any response from the Co. My guess is that they are receiving a lot of orders causing delays in actually filling the orders. The fact that people recieve an almost immediate response that their order was received, & then don't recieve anything for weeks, they get concerned! Thy then post a negative review! This then makes others even more leery of getting their order! My advice for purchaser's is to be patient! My advice to the Co. Is to be more transparent when there are delays! No one wants to wait weeks not hearing anything on what is happening g with their order!
