WHERE is MY REFUND?? I returned the hearing aids ( I ordered on 9/7/23, order # 144189) and followed all of the protocols for the return to ensure I received a full refund. This return was accepted by Bossa on Nov. 13,2023 and it is now April 30, 2024 and with over 23 emails exchanged, I have yet to receive the refund. I keep get promises by the supervisor that Finance has been contacted multiple times yet they cannot tell me when I will receive it. I have received MANY of the same responses that are given on the Trustpilot page, "sorry, we are looking into it," etc, but STILL no refund! I am disgusted by the amount of time I have had to put into getting my money back with NO results! This company should not be TRUSTED!

I ordered the Proton Max hearing aids… I ordered the Proton Max hearing aids on March 31, 2024. I have emailed Bossa 3 times. Each time I did receive a response. They stated the order was being processed. They assured a tracking number would be sent via email. I still have yet to receive anything. I also paid for expedited shipping. I can not review this product because I do not have the hearing aids as of 4.16.24. Michael

Possibly scammed Never received the product.contacted customer service their response is refund will be remitted in 3 to 5 days.has been over a month now.sent several emails still no refund.contacted the BBB.still waiting.possible scam. Finally after several weeks and after this review I received my refund.

I contacted Bossa today and told them I… I contacted Bossa today and told them I have cancelled my order due to the lack of any trustworthy answer. I order March 29/24. My credit card payment was processed immediately and was told the tracking number would be coming shortly. It is now 32 days later and several i mean several phone calls, chat line and emails. I was told it was be processed. Even told 48 to 72 hours i would receive my tracking number. None. I sent my last email last night saying i was done, cancel my order. They replied back saying i could not it was being processed. I have contacted my credit card and asked them to assist. I have heard they were good hearing aids however, it is not worth wasting anymore time I have already invested. I gave them the benefit more than once. They still failed. Pity. Too bad they don’t realize customer service is important. Be honest. I am tired of hearing that it is now at process centre. They should have slapped a shipping label on by April 1. It almost sound like your 45 day return policy is used up sitting at their warehouse OR didn’t have any to ship in the first place. Beware

A Low-Cost Alternative In terms of pricing, Bossa cannot be beat. My wife and I purchased two sets; one for each of us. We just received our products. Therefore, we are still in the "getting accustom stage". As a result, it is still too early to make an assessment on the products. However, the process is going well so far. Bossa is a great alternative to having to spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids. We consider hearing loss to be like any other ailment. We see no need for people to be gouged financially in order to address their hearing loss. Thank you Bossa!
