GBGreat tool for calculating commissions What do you I like best? The process for loading data and running the calculations saves us a lot of time. What do I dislike? It can be hard to setup dashboards and custom views with the right filters to be able to see the slices of data you need. What business problems am I solving? Our company has been using Xactly for a year and a half. I took over as the commissions administrator 4 months ago. The product has been really easy to learn and is quite powerful. We have a team of about 60 sales reps and managers that we pay quarterly using Xactly Express.

GBBest Product for Me We implemented Xactly Incent quite a few years ago and the process was quite easy as far as implementations go. The building of the plans was light years ahead of what I had done in other products (including excel). Plus the analytics module really boosted our reporting abilities without me spending hours pulling together very granular data. All that and it plugged right into SFDC. What more could we ask for.

The tool was nimble and the Xactly team right alongside us as we developed more complex plans. After 2 years on Express we upgraded to Incent successfully. Deja vu - just completed another implementation of Express at another up and coming organization. Very successful launch, Finance team very pleased with reporting and scalability and the Sales team is thrilled with an automated solution.

GBGood tool for Sales Effectiveness and Efficiency We have being using Xactly since a year now. Our sales team loves the s/w and we keep improving our delivery capability every 3 months. Xactly is a very customer oriented company with focus on solving real issues that sales compensation team face on a day to day basis. Our Sales team love the tool hands down. I am not a big fan of their customer support team in some cases. Tools like Analytics look good on paper but can be deceptively hard to implement.
