GBGreat tool for calculating commissions What do you I like best? The process for loading data and running the calculations saves us a lot of time. What do I dislike? It can be hard to setup dashboards and custom views with the right filters to be able to see the slices of data you need. What business problems am I solving? Our company has been using Xactly for a year and a half. I took over as the commissions administrator 4 months ago. The product has been really easy to learn and is quite powerful. We have a team of about 60 sales reps and managers that we pay quarterly using Xactly Express.

Your sales team will be happy with the increased visibility. If you have the data in Salesforce.com, then Xactly can work with you to pay commission on it. Moving to an automated product has freed up a lot of time that was wasted manually calculating payments through Excel. It has also allowed us to improve our comp plan and add in layers of complexity that were not possible or practical to calculate in Excel.

GBGreat Compensation Tool I have used the Xactly Incent product for the last 5 years. Over that time, there have been significant changes/upgrades to the product. They have re-designed the user interface to make the software more user friendly. This has provided the sales team a quick view into how they are performing. The ability to use the product via app on an iPad provides additional functionality for those individuals who work outside of the office in field sales. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The Analytics tool provides the ability to create ad-hoc reports at a moments notice.
