GB3 Companies down and still work with Xactly I implemented Xactly at Zendesk, then at Pandora, and then moved to Marketo who already had Xactly. The one reason I always recommend Xactly is because their free support for customers is amazing. I've had the best experience and it does not compare to any other vendors (Callidus / Oberro / Varicent). Xactly is easy to use, the courses they have online and at the San Jose location are really helpful. There are some difficulties as is with any company because comp plans vary so greatly from company to company that those difficulties are easy to overlook. The implementation team and the contractors Xactly works with are excellent.

The tool was nimble and the Xactly team right alongside us as we developed more complex plans. After 2 years on Express we upgraded to Incent successfully. Deja vu - just completed another implementation of Express at another up and coming organization. Very successful launch, Finance team very pleased with reporting and scalability and the Sales team is thrilled with an automated solution.
