Awful - avoid at all cost Called for A/C repair on Sunday. The guy came out Monday & said we needed a motor & that he would order it. (I had to beg him to come out). He promised to come on Wednesday to repair - he never came. I called the co & they said he had never requested the part. I cancelled the policy on Thursday. Everyday our high temperature was over 100 degrees. Don’t do business with this company. Their installer lied to me twice.

Terrible Company As other have said, it's a scam. Avoid at all costs , even if you're the buyer of a home where the seller has purchased a contract on your behalf. Services are non-existent, or shabby at best. What's also annoying is the incentives given to realtors to promote such products.

AC out AC out Called landmark about our AC not working, they assigned the claim to DR. Rescue. DR. Rescue took weeks to show up, I stated to Landmark the house is unconformable to be in and we have little children. Landmark approved us for a $200 reimbursement for a portable AC unit (good luck finding one for $200), after submitting my receipt I still have not received that $200 and its been over 2 months. AC is still not fixed properly; DR. Rescue will not update the file. I will not be renewing my policy with Landmark or their sister company American Home shield.

Negative 3 stars. Id go lower if I could. They lie don't send you any fine print in advance and the coverage won't replace a single item. Them again they deny your claim anyway and in my case ( a pool/hot tub) they don't have any one in THE ENTIRE STATE that's willing to work with them because of refusal to pay, late payments and underpayment. Bait and switch in the dictionary has a picture of their logo.I hope oregon shuts them down again and permanently this time

Landmark has been terrible to work with… Landmark has been terrible to work with and I would advise not going with them. Their support call staff was unprofessional. Not only did they actively avoid solving my problem but have now made it so that I will receive ZERO value from the warranty leading us to loose out on thousands of dollars in home repairs that should have been covered by our warranty. This has been extremely frustrating!
