GBDenied Claim. Nickle and Dimed. Fee to cancel. Denied claim on as what was going on with my shower "was covered" there was a line item in the policy explicitly excluding "cracked shower pan". I cancelled my policy because this was my second issue with them. Previously I tried to get the maintenance scheduled for my AC unit and they said it was "too early" to schedule it. I called again and they said it was "too late". They charged me $75 to cancel the policy, even though I had refund owed to me for cancelling mid-month. They said I forfeited the refund because I had an earlier claim paid out of $340 for a broken seal on the washing machine. I also paid my $70 service fee for that appointment. Scummy company. Steer Clear!

GBAC out AC out Called landmark about our AC not working, they assigned the claim to DR. Rescue. DR. Rescue took weeks to show up, I stated to Landmark the house is unconformable to be in and we have little children. Landmark approved us for a $200 reimbursement for a portable AC unit (good luck finding one for $200), after submitting my receipt I still have not received that $200 and its been over 2 months. AC is still not fixed properly; DR. Rescue will not update the file. I will not be renewing my policy with Landmark or their sister company American Home shield.

GBMy fridge died the end of May My fridge died the end of May, and the contractor recommended it be replaced. After Landmark finally decided to do that they sent us $500.00 and after a poor review the case was reconsidered by Tiffany Nguyen and now they are sending a check for $699.00 that covers the new fridge we purchased. I feel bad it took a bad review to get what we should have received in the first place.

GBcompany does not deal honestly Landmark is a classic example of an insurance company that makes money by finding ways to deny claims. I was a loyal customer for over a year and finally called on them to fix a leak in my washing machine. They decided my claim was excluded "secondary damage" because a defective spring broke, causing another part to crack. This is a totally twisted reading of the policy, but good luck fighting that when you are scrambling to get your washer repaired so you can keep your kids in clean clothes. Landmark is NOT there for you when you need them. Buyer beware.

GBWashing dishes by hand Recently moved into a house with an appliance warranty from Landmark. Dishwasher was not working so paid the $75 service call. Technician releveled unit but center wand was not working properly and dishes were not getting cleaned. Being told by Landmark part is no longer available and they are offering no replacement only a cash settlement of $77.65. That is $2.65 after deducting service charge. Run from these people and do not accept a warranty from a realtor from this company.
