Washing dishes by hand Recently moved into a house with an appliance warranty from Landmark. Dishwasher was not working so paid the $75 service call. Technician releveled unit but center wand was not working properly and dishes were not getting cleaned. Being told by Landmark part is no longer available and they are offering no replacement only a cash settlement of $77.65. That is $2.65 after deducting service charge. Run from these people and do not accept a warranty from a realtor from this company.

AC replacement AC replacement. I have been working with Landmark for three months now on an issue involving our AC. 1. They had no service providers near my location. (Find a contractor near your location) Three separate contractors verified the unit needed to be replaced. 2. Landmark wants to talk to contractors. However, the contractors would hang up after 15 minutes on hold. They have a job to do. 3. Landmark knows this and keeps the contactors holding knowing they will hang up. 4. Can you provide the contact information on your closest service provider to me? I'll pay for the travel. 5. "I can only provide contact information on a provider near you. Since there are no contractors near you, I cannot provide this information

Negative 3 stars. Id go lower if I could. They lie don't send you any fine print in advance and the coverage won't replace a single item. Them again they deny your claim anyway and in my case ( a pool/hot tub) they don't have any one in THE ENTIRE STATE that's willing to work with them because of refusal to pay, late payments and underpayment. Bait and switch in the dictionary has a picture of their logo.I hope oregon shuts them down again and permanently this time

I have had landmark for 15 months I have had landmark for 15 months. In total i have had 4 plumbing claims..all fixed within 2-3 days of opening a claim. HVAC unit claim opened...the heat is working intermittenly. Their contractor wrote up problem with compressor and txv switch. I have had this unit serviced 5 times its less than 10 years old...including this summer and landmark is denying any repairs because of sort of secondary damage?? They look for any reason to decline an expensive repair.

Landmark Warranty is the worst company… Landmark Warranty is the worst company I Have ever dealt with. I filed a claim for my electrical panel. Landmark sent out their contractor who diagnosed the problem stating some of the breakers were melted and the entire panel needed to be replaced as it was a fire hazard. The contractor submitted a complete report with photos to Landmark same day. Landmark said they required a second opinion, it’s been over a week with no second opinion or resolution. You can’t escalate the issue beyond customer service. They even told me their Contractor Relations dept does not have any phones and can only be reached via email, to which they NEVER respond. Really??! So after 2 weeks I’m dealing with a fire hazard to my home with no resolution or help from Landmark Warranty. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I will file a complaint with the Consumer Business Bureau.
