Beware!! Called out Landmark to check central air/furnace blower since unit was shaking and making noise. Service technician found motor bearing going bad but stated that landmark would not pay until unit stopped working. By the time the blower unit might stop working it might cause much greater damage. Called out a independent contractor to replace blower. Not much use in warranty.

Negative 3 stars. Id go lower if I could. They lie don't send you any fine print in advance and the coverage won't replace a single item. Them again they deny your claim anyway and in my case ( a pool/hot tub) they don't have any one in THE ENTIRE STATE that's willing to work with them because of refusal to pay, late payments and underpayment. Bait and switch in the dictionary has a picture of their logo.I hope oregon shuts them down again and permanently this time

Always given the runaround by their… Always given the runaround by their agents that are so difficult to understand due to the company using a call center in another country. Not worth the headache. This last incident occurred yesterday. I have some blockage in the main drain and no access to water or toilets. I called in an emergency and still waiting 24 hours later. I was told there wasn’t anything they can do. They aren’t willing to contact an emergency contractor. I could’ve gotten someone out here on my own dime and I wouldn’t have to spend $$$ on a 2 night stay at a hotel.

Horrible service and few service providers They have very few service providers, so you end up spending hours on the phone with them to try to find someone in your area. They often assign me to a provider, only to be told by that plumber, electrician, or appliance repair person either that 1) they don't work in our area and/or 2) that they no longer work with Landmark because they are so difficult to get paid and work for. Landmark often refuses to pay for things that should be covered and is all around a huge headache. Save yourself the time and money and go with another warranty company.

If I could give a 0 stars I would If I could give a 0 stars I would. I called yesterday because our AC is out and it 100 degrees outside and 85 degrees inside. They have ONE contractor that they use in our ENTIRE area, ONE! We are in Boise, there are 1,000 HVAC companies around us. Their ONE contractor isn’t available for A WEEK!!!!! And they refuse to let us call someone else and get reimbursed. TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE these guys!
