GBGood customer service experience: The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.

Good news, they could. After mailing them via USPS the now upgraded glasses were delivered in an approximate 2.5 week turnaround. I am pleased with the work and love having replacement lenses in my old Arnette frames.
