GBI ordered and paid in full including… I ordered and paid in full including expedited shipping fee for an order I made, and sent in my frames and paper work to them via USPS priority mail. A few days later I got 2 Confirmation emails informing me that they received my frames and paper work, and that production on my glasses had begun. It clearly stated that ETA for completion was 1 to 5 Business days. On the 5th day when I hadn't heard from them, I contacted them via email & phone to check on the order progress. Later that day they they left a message on my phone telling me my order was still in the early stages of completion because foe the past few days their lab was closed to to religious observance. I was then told to check with them next week and they may be able to tell me more...Next week will put me way past the POSTED ETA completion time of 1-5 Business days, and I desperately need my glasses...*Note: I do not anywhere posted on their site a prevision for work stoppage on a valid order do to religious observance...

GBReplaced Reader Lenses with Distance Lenses I purchased lenses from LensesRx months ago. I loved the glasses but they were used for readers. I wanted to use them for distance. I was worried I would have to purchase new glasses, but was surprised the lenses could just be replaced. The process was easy, much cheaper than replacing the glasses and the entire process took less than 3 weeks (including Thanksgiving delays). Would highly recommend!

GBQuick and easy ... Perfect product! Ordering online was quick and easy. Beats waiting for service at a store. Glasses very carefully packaged and arrived in excellent shape. Prescription was perfect...no changes or "tweaks" needed. Will definitely use Lensesrx again! Thanks!!

GBLong time Customer, Love LensesRx! For the past 7-8 years I’ve depended on LensesRx to fill prescriptions for my ever changing eyes. Probably 10-15 pairs of glasses. Their work has been exceptional. The prices and progressive lens offerings coupled with fast turnaround times is just plain hard to beat. Plus they offer lens replacement service which I use a lot. Great company, great customer service.

GBTracking package is unnecessarily… Tracking package is unnecessarily difficult. You don't even send the tracking number, and then you ask me to link my Google account, etc.. On top of that, your service takes way too long to deliver the product.
