Absolutely outstanding service Absolutely outstanding service! Received 3 pairs of glasses in no time at all. Online ordering was a breeze. Communication was awesome. Can't say enough about LensesRx.com. The only nit-picky thing I wish they had were more complete measurements on all frames, with respect to the lens width and height. Some are incomplete.

Lens replacement I had lenses replaced in frames that I bought on eBay. These frames were discontinued and I couldn't find them anywhere else. I managed to snag them for $35. Having Lensesrx put in my prescription lenses was so affordable and extremely convenient. They did a fantastic job. I've used Lensesrx before and their service is terrific. I got my new glasses back super fast and I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Excellent customer service The first lenses were difficult for me to use for reading purposes. I called and spoke to a customer service person who gave me suggestions on a different type of lens. The second pair of lenses work great. The customer service folks were nice and helpful. I found it difficult to hear all but one of the folks I spoke with. The audio on the other calls were muffled making communication challenging so I switched to email correspondence.

I ordered and paid in full including… I ordered and paid in full including expedited shipping fee for an order I made, and sent in my frames and paper work to them via USPS priority mail. A few days later I got 2 Confirmation emails informing me that they received my frames and paper work, and that production on my glasses had begun. It clearly stated that ETA for completion was 1 to 5 Business days. On the 5th day when I hadn't heard from them, I contacted them via email & phone to check on the order progress. Later that day they they left a message on my phone telling me my order was still in the early stages of completion because foe the past few days their lab was closed to to religious observance. I was then told to check with them next week and they may be able to tell me more...Next week will put me way past the POSTED ETA completion time of 1-5 Business days, and I desperately need my glasses...*Note: I do not anywhere posted on their site a prevision for work stoppage on a valid order do to religious observance...

Great quality lenses at a great price. Very responsive customer service. Lenses are high quality and very well priced. Overall, recommended.
