GBTracking package is unnecessarily… Tracking package is unnecessarily difficult. You don't even send the tracking number, and then you ask me to link my Google account, etc.. On top of that, your service takes way too long to deliver the product.

GBPoor Customer Service Poor Customer Service. It's almost 4 weeks haven't received my eye glasses irrespective paying for premium shipping charges. The prices make be ok but make sure you have extra pair. On eye glasses, It's better to pay more somewhere and get it faster specially if you need them asap. Not Good Experience !

GBAbsolutely outstanding service Absolutely outstanding service! Received 3 pairs of glasses in no time at all. Online ordering was a breeze. Communication was awesome. Can't say enough about LensesRx.com. The only nit-picky thing I wish they had were more complete measurements on all frames, with respect to the lens width and height. Some are incomplete.

GBThird time using LenesRX … This is the third time I have used LensesRX. They are very good at updating you on your order. I am very satisfied with their workmanship. The only problem I had was communication. I left a voice mail as well as an email stating that I had failed to add the 25% coupon off my cost. I was hoping that they could fix that. I never received a reply nor was the 25%taken off.
