When I had questions, I reached out to customer service, and they always responded promptly and were very friendly. They did whatever they could to assist me and ensure I had a great experience. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great Experience Great customer service. Very responsive and they have a huge selection of frames. I have gotten the last 2 regular glasses from them and just ordered a pair of sunglasses. My address hadn't been updated in the system and I realized after the order was placed. I emailed them and they took care of this for me right away. I will definitely continue to shop here.

PD issues - But they made it right and kept a customer happy Like the frames but the lenses are not good for me. Will not focus no matter how or where I wear them on my face or position of my eyes. Used print out to measure and had about a 70. When I received the glasses the PD tool that came with them showed more like 65. Be careful when measuring your PD as the printed ruler wasn't accurate in my experience. After further conversations FYTOO has decided to make it right and send me a pair of Readers in the same frames, which has satisfied me. Their customer service is good and completes follow ups. Don't give up and try and work out your issues directly with them.

I love my new glasses I love my new glasses. This is my 2nd time ordering my glasses from Fytoo and I'm still waiting for my sunglasses to arrive. I'm sure I will order more later. From the frames to the lenses everything is perfect!!! I have the progressive lenses and they are fantastic!!
