Fytoo is not to be trusted. Fytoo is a dishonest company. They sent me glasses with a completely incorrect presciption and will not allow me to return them. They wasted my time with a lot of back and forth communication to question my ability to determine the difference between Readers and Distance glasses. Then they told me to go to a glasses store to get Evidence that the prescription is incorrect. I have disputed the charge with my CC company. Terrible business practices. Do not use this company.

Value! Style! Quality! I’m no stranger to ordering glasses online and love the savings. This was my first time ordering my tricky progressive Rx from Fytoo and they got everything right. Style: My Fytoo frames are solid yet lightweight with design details that add subtle interest. Five stars! Measurements: this is the customer’s responsibility and I’m on top of that part, but these frames worked out exceptionally well, I especially appreciate the fit of the bridge. Vision: the Rx was perfect and the ship time (standard shipping) was shorter than expected. Fytoo rocks!

Great frame choices Ordering was a breeze, but picking a frame was hard! This was my first order with Fytoo. Super satisfied with the Sara frame and the progressive lense. Great experience, great personalized product too!

PD issues - But they made it right and kept a customer happy Like the frames but the lenses are not good for me. Will not focus no matter how or where I wear them on my face or position of my eyes. Used print out to measure and had about a 70. When I received the glasses the PD tool that came with them showed more like 65. Be careful when measuring your PD as the printed ruler wasn't accurate in my experience. After further conversations FYTOO has decided to make it right and send me a pair of Readers in the same frames, which has satisfied me. Their customer service is good and completes follow ups. Don't give up and try and work out your issues directly with them.
