Horrible customer service and it’s… Horrible customer service and it’s based in china so if you return items the price to ship back is ridiculous and put on the customer

PD issues - But they made it right and kept a customer happy Like the frames but the lenses are not good for me. Will not focus no matter how or where I wear them on my face or position of my eyes. Used print out to measure and had about a 70. When I received the glasses the PD tool that came with them showed more like 65. Be careful when measuring your PD as the printed ruler wasn't accurate in my experience. After further conversations FYTOO has decided to make it right and send me a pair of Readers in the same frames, which has satisfied me. Their customer service is good and completes follow ups. Don't give up and try and work out your issues directly with them.
