GBI purchased a 5 pack of "no screw"… I purchased a 5 pack of "no screw" glasses which became wobbly and wouldn't stay on my face. Contacted customer service and received a prompt reply and replacement glasses with a screw hinge. Very happy. Would highly recommend

GBI can see clearly now! I ordered my glasses after seeing them advertised on Insta, ordered on 09 January they arrived 20 January. Unfortunately my husband took in the package and put it somewhere obscure. I've only just found them today (15 Feb). I emailed Eyekeeper yesterday to find out when they'd be delivered and wondering if I'd bought from a dud business. They replied very swiftly with a photo of my parcel outside my front door so I went in a search and found them! They are great! I'm wearing them now. They feel solid and yet flexible, the colours are bold and the lenses very clear and accurate. I'm so pleased with the purchase and the companies diligent customer service.
