Great customer service When I contacted the team to let them know I didn’t receive my order, they revealed to me that it had in fact been sent to my previous address( my mistake entirely). However they very kindly offered to either refund or replace my original order much to my surprise as I had considered it “ lost”. Full marks for great customer service.

Long wait time for delivery!!! I ordered progressive readers and it has taken a week so far - still waiting!! For the price I should have purchased locally on the high street. Seems from other reviews they are being shipped all the way from China - not sustainable at all - so they should remove this claim from their website... I would NOT recommend.

Screwless over sized glasses The screwless over sized glasses I bought look good, but within 2 weeks part of both arms has broken meaning they don't sit properly anymore. Its a shame but they don't look that robust.

Great price point and no fuss My glasses arrived in a handy size case - not bulky so easy to carry around. I like the glasses a lot and the lenses seem good for reading and cutting out screen glare.
