NOExcellent customer satisfaction focus Excellent customer satisfaction focus. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but the team at Eyekeeper proactively follows up. My shipment was delayed, and since I'm used to long delivery times when waiting for stuff produced outside of Europe, I didn't pay much attention. The team at Eyekeeper thought otherwise and sent me an e-mail to excuse the apparently lost package, asking me if I wanted a refund or a resend. I went for the latter. Turns out I get both shipments in the end... I offered to return the second set of sunglasses, but Eyekeeper offered me to keep them.

GBI purchased a 5 pack of "no screw"… I purchased a 5 pack of "no screw" glasses which became wobbly and wouldn't stay on my face. Contacted customer service and received a prompt reply and replacement glasses with a screw hinge. Very happy. Would highly recommend

NZGreat customer service When I contacted the team to let them know I didn’t receive my order, they revealed to me that it had in fact been sent to my previous address( my mistake entirely). However they very kindly offered to either refund or replace my original order much to my surprise as I had considered it “ lost”. Full marks for great customer service.

GBSlow delivery and poor quality lenses. The delivery took about 12 days - which is not clearly stated on the site. It only has a vague 'will be dispatch within 2-3days' copy on the website. Also the quality of the lenses is sooo disappointing. I was hoping to use these a bit more broadly - for instance when working on my computer - not a chance. These can only be used when reading something about 30cm away. The frames are nice and bright though. I didn't expect miracles for the price, but I did expect more.

AUWhen ordering the Lens When ordering the Lens, the lens height of the lens was beyond the current available sizes. Mia from "Eyekeeper" was able to explain the required measurements of height, width, and bridge width of my spectacles. Unfortunately, as their product range was unsuitable, was happy to do a refund. With her assistance and the time resolved, I am grateful with the extra time taken.
