Mia from "Eyekeeper" was able to explain the required measurements of height, width, and bridge width of my spectacles. Unfortunately, as their product range was unsuitable, was happy to do a refund. With her assistance and the time resolved, I am grateful with the extra time taken.

Great price point and no fuss My glasses arrived in a handy size case - not bulky so easy to carry around. I like the glasses a lot and the lenses seem good for reading and cutting out screen glare.

Sizing problem? No problem! Had a sizing problem and Eyekeeper solved my problem completely for me. I neglected to notice that the glasses come in different widths and sizes and I guess I got the average size? I needed a smaller size but didn't contact them until I had used the glasses and disposed of all the packaging. They have offered me a partial refund which I will use to purchase a more favourable size. I'm happy! What great customer service!!

I purchased a 5 pack of "no screw"… I purchased a 5 pack of "no screw" glasses which became wobbly and wouldn't stay on my face. Contacted customer service and received a prompt reply and replacement glasses with a screw hinge. Very happy. Would highly recommend
