Excellent Customer Service Loved my glasses from Eyekeeper but after a few weeks they broke. However after contacting them and explaining the problem they arranged to send me a replacement pair!!! So happy with the service I received and the speed in which they dealt with the issue. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service! Great customer service! I was sent the wrong glasses initially, and didn't think worth following up as I knew these had shipped from China, and frankly didnt think I would get a response. However, I mentioned this in a review and customer services contacted me and then shipped the correct glasses. Both sets of glasses are great quality (love the bendy hinges) and fun!

Screwless over sized glasses The screwless over sized glasses I bought look good, but within 2 weeks part of both arms has broken meaning they don't sit properly anymore. Its a shame but they don't look that robust.

When ordering the Lens When ordering the Lens, the lens height of the lens was beyond the current available sizes. Mia from "Eyekeeper" was able to explain the required measurements of height, width, and bridge width of my spectacles. Unfortunately, as their product range was unsuitable, was happy to do a refund. With her assistance and the time resolved, I am grateful with the extra time taken.

Sizing problem? No problem! Had a sizing problem and Eyekeeper solved my problem completely for me. I neglected to notice that the glasses come in different widths and sizes and I guess I got the average size? I needed a smaller size but didn't contact them until I had used the glasses and disposed of all the packaging. They have offered me a partial refund which I will use to purchase a more favourable size. I'm happy! What great customer service!!
