Excellent Results Excellent Results. I worked with Denzel during my first time using the tools and he helped me understand the results. EQ customer service is impeccable, and Denzel and I partnered very well. My end result was very satisfying. I ended up with a computer EGN and a single-vision (far) EGN. I am now awaiting two new fantastic cat-eye frames and I cannot wait to wear my new glasses!

Easy-to-use, accurate technology and great glasses It's impressive how accurate the technology is. I'm quite near-sighted, though my vision hasn't changed that much in recent years. Being able to visualize the frames on a photo of myself was really helpful, and I love both sets of glasses I purchased -- one for daily work wear (anti-blue light) and the other for being out in the sun. I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. Thanks!

My EyeQue Experience If I was describing the EyeQue customer service to that of other businesses I would have to say EyeQue is absolutely exceptional. But that would not be going far enough. It is been my experience in working with Nerissa that bringing better site your clients is a calling, not just a job. As a homebound senior citizen in declining health I didn’t think I would be able to read the printed word again, or clearly see the faces of my loved ones. EyeQue and Nerissa changed that for which I am forever grateful.

Overcharged for product Overcharged for product. Company did not respond to request to correct improper billing (waited over 2 weeks for any kind of response). My credit card is now handling the disputed charge. Update 11/22/23. EyeQue reached out to me. The billing issue was technical in nature and was related to their recent integration with Linneo vision benefits which I was using. I bumped up my rating to 4 stars deducting 1 star because of the missing email. There was probably a problem with the web form on EyeQue's website used for submitting my request to them. This could have been avoided by telling users on that form that they will receive an acknowledgement email after submission (I'm not sure if they currently send an acknowledgement email). In my case this would have avoided my feeling of being ignored and resorting to contacting my credit card company.

The EyeQue system is so much better in… The EyeQue system is so much better in my opinion than getting your eyeglass perscription from an optometrist. Sure you still need annual eye checks for health reasons, but you can’t beat the accuracy and convenience provided by EyeQue. Their customer service is fast and personal. This is one great product and one great company.
