Insight has defect in lense Insight has defect in lense. Still awaiting replacement for that and the visioncheck will not recharge after one use. Waste of money and won't suggest to others. I've actually steered people away do to poor quality and customer service. Update: After writing this review, a custom service representative reached out and got me a new kit.

I understand that you are under review by the US government and that is taking longer than expected for approval in the US. I asked you to ship to Israel, but since I still use the US Play store that wouldn't work. Why can't you find another app distributor for me, instead making me wait for US approval?

I was contacted by your support team to… I was contacted by your support team to let me know that there were some inconsistancies in some of my test numbers and asked me if I wanted to use these or their corrected numbers. I wasn't aware of this and I was very impressed that you notified me to let me know about this option. I chose your corrected numbers and are now waiting to see how my new Try-On glasses perform. A great example of what "Customer Support" should look like.

Excellent!… It took me a while and a lot of communication with tech support, but I finally got an EGN and glasses that are very clear . I am currently disabled,and am so grateful to have a way to get not just glasses, but excellent glasses. The prescription is more clear than some of the ones I have gotten from an optometrists office. And the tech teàmwas very patient and helpful when I had to write in.
