Super Support Received! I had many questions because there seems to be a lot of confusing information on-line. Some of this is due to outdated no longer applicable web pages. Eye-Que support answered all my questions in a thorough, intelligent, and respectful manner. I do not see how support could be better than that given to this 87 year old. My name is Mack. The EyeQue system is so much better in… The EyeQue system is so much better in my opinion than getting your eyeglass perscription from an optometrist. Sure you still need annual eye checks for health reasons, but you can’t beat the accuracy and convenience provided by EyeQue. Their customer service is fast and personal. This is one great product and one great company.

The test glasses I received are… The test glasses I received are literally unwearable. They warp my vision, as if the curve of the lens is wrong.

Excellent!… It took me a while and a lot of communication with tech support, but I finally got an EGN and glasses that are very clear . I am currently disabled,and am so grateful to have a way to get not just glasses, but excellent glasses. The prescription is more clear than some of the ones I have gotten from an optometrists office. And the tech teàmwas very patient and helpful when I had to write in.
