My EyeQue Experience If I was describing the EyeQue customer service to that of other businesses I would have to say EyeQue is absolutely exceptional. But that would not be going far enough. It is been my experience in working with Nerissa that bringing better site your clients is a calling, not just a job. As a homebound senior citizen in declining health I didn’t think I would be able to read the printed word again, or clearly see the faces of my loved ones. EyeQue and Nerissa changed that for which I am forever grateful.

In my experience the product works well…for basic prescriptions In my experience the product works well for single lens prescriptions - I had no problem with my test glasses. But when I used the results to order my progressive lenses unfortunately I did not have good results. I think it's a great idea and was really hoping it would work for me. If you have a basic prescription I would definitely recommend you give it a try.

Overcharged for product Overcharged for product. Company did not respond to request to correct improper billing (waited over 2 weeks for any kind of response). My credit card is now handling the disputed charge. Update 11/22/23. EyeQue reached out to me. The billing issue was technical in nature and was related to their recent integration with Linneo vision benefits which I was using. I bumped up my rating to 4 stars deducting 1 star because of the missing email. There was probably a problem with the web form on EyeQue's website used for submitting my request to them. This could have been avoided by telling users on that form that they will receive an acknowledgement email after submission (I'm not sure if they currently send an acknowledgement email). In my case this would have avoided my feeling of being ignored and resorting to contacting my credit card company.

Insight has defect in lense Insight has defect in lense. Still awaiting replacement for that and the visioncheck will not recharge after one use. Waste of money and won't suggest to others. I've actually steered people away do to poor quality and customer service. Update: After writing this review, a custom service representative reached out and got me a new kit.

Great product if you can get it to work and can find it on their websites. My first "electric" tester worked for 3 seconds. The replacement was doa. I ended up using the manual one which was difficult to use but did a great job of revealing my optometrist's big mistake and enabled me to get agreat pair of glasses. My biggest complaint I have is with their websites. It took me nearly half an hour to find what I wanted because it kept showing me "blips" of their products rather than everything at once.
