The test glasses I received are… The test glasses I received are literally unwearable. They warp my vision, as if the curve of the lens is wrong.

You put me in charge of my health You put me in charge of my health. My optometrists don't accept my insurance and they frown when I ask for my prescription; it takes another request (frown) to get pd. And they want me to pay 10x for their "designer" glasses. Thank you EyeQue for better vision.

My EyeQue Experience If I was describing the EyeQue customer service to that of other businesses I would have to say EyeQue is absolutely exceptional. But that would not be going far enough. It is been my experience in working with Nerissa that bringing better site your clients is a calling, not just a job. As a homebound senior citizen in declining health I didn’t think I would be able to read the printed word again, or clearly see the faces of my loved ones. EyeQue and Nerissa changed that for which I am forever grateful.

Impressed with the Vision Check! I'm impressed with how well this device works! I recently had a professional eye exam done, and my results were very close to what I got from the EyeQue Vision Check. There's a bit of a learning curve to get the positioning of the device correct, but once you get the hang of it, the results are quite accurate for single-vision prescriptions.

Overcharged for product Overcharged for product. Company did not respond to request to correct improper billing (waited over 2 weeks for any kind of response). My credit card is now handling the disputed charge. Update 11/22/23. EyeQue reached out to me. The billing issue was technical in nature and was related to their recent integration with Linneo vision benefits which I was using. I bumped up my rating to 4 stars deducting 1 star because of the missing email. There was probably a problem with the web form on EyeQue's website used for submitting my request to them. This could have been avoided by telling users on that form that they will receive an acknowledgement email after submission (I'm not sure if they currently send an acknowledgement email). In my case this would have avoided my feeling of being ignored and resorting to contacting my credit card company.
