GBNo delivery zero customer service Order completed on the 26 April still not delivered 11 days later and counting. No email response to my query of order - nothing. No contact telephone number on webpage. This review of their poor customer service is my only recourse to get some response.

GBChoice, price, simplicity of ordering all amazing! Choice of glasses frames was far better than I could find elsewhere, with floral, multicoloured and a variety of shapes available. As someone who looks for interesting design and colour, that was my main reason for ordering from you -and prices and ease of ordering were amazing!

GBCheap, quick Glasses were cheap which of course made me dubious! But used the credit card and after 3-4 weeks (as stated for prescriptions) the glasses arrived and they are great; they were £40 so nothing special but they’ve done just the job and for the price I’m very happy.
