Update Feb 2023 - Glasses Hut ignored my emails but did eventually respond to my website submission. After some dialogue, they did send the correct item with the correct prescription. Overall, I think there are better companies providing this product.

GBLacking in customer support/care The communication with this company was absolutely abysmal! Received my order eleven days after I was sent a text to say my order had been dispatched. Customer support/care was extremely unhelpful. Such a shame, because the glasses are what I ordered. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the customer care or lack of.

GBExcellent quality I was able to see how my new glasses would look on a downloaded self portrait before I ordered. Big range of frames. They were supplied quickly to my prescription. They fit well and many people have said how good they look. They are comfortable, light and most importantly provide perfect varifocal vision.
