GBThere is an error with my prescription There is an error with my prescription. I have emailed but have not had a response. Update Feb 2023 - Glasses Hut ignored my emails but did eventually respond to my website submission. After some dialogue, they did send the correct item with the correct prescription. Overall, I think there are better companies providing this product.

GBExcellent quality I was able to see how my new glasses would look on a downloaded self portrait before I ordered. Big range of frames. They were supplied quickly to my prescription. They fit well and many people have said how good they look. They are comfortable, light and most importantly provide perfect varifocal vision.

GBWaiting Can't give a review on glasses yet as I haven't received them. Ordered on 4th September, 15 days later still waiting. I'm mainly disappointed because when ordering the glasses it stated they would be ready in 6-9 days, I'd rather it said minimum 2 weeks then at least I would have known a timescale.

GBGood Product, poor service The glasses themselves were fine when delivered. However, the delivery was later than the stated delivery time; my order disappeared from their website, so I was unable to check it, and when I contacted them about the delay, I recieved no reply. So good glasses, poor service.
