Do not waste your money I have been waiting over a month to receive my glasses, still not delivered even though payment has been taken. I have also tried to contact customer services numerous times with no response. Do not shop here.

Customer service is lacking Unfortunately the glasses were unfit for purpose due to the frames being very small. This was disappointing especially as we spent ages using virtual try ons.This wouldn’t have been reason for 1 star. However we have now contacted Glasses Hut several times to ask how to return, which is stated clearly that we can do on their website, however we have yet to have any replies or acknowledgment.

Substandard & untrustworthy. Substandard, damaged pair of glasses received! Photo and first email on day of receipt (with request for return of spectacles & refund) ignored! Follow-up email also ignored! NO POSTAL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER supplied on website! DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my… I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my glasses and still no feedback when they will be received, I paid the additional fee to have these fast tracked, but nothing. When asking when i will receive I just get there has been a problem with delivery. The customer support has not been giving me updates as to when I should receive. Also with NO telephone no. i can not speak to anybody about this. Some customer service!
