Lacking in customer support/care The communication with this company was absolutely abysmal! Received my order eleven days after I was sent a text to say my order had been dispatched. Customer support/care was extremely unhelpful. Such a shame, because the glasses are what I ordered. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the customer care or lack of.

No delivery zero customer service Order completed on the 26 April still not delivered 11 days later and counting. No email response to my query of order - nothing. No contact telephone number on webpage. This review of their poor customer service is my only recourse to get some response.

Do not waste your money I have been waiting over a month to receive my glasses, still not delivered even though payment has been taken. I have also tried to contact customer services numerous times with no response. Do not shop here.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my… I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my glasses and still no feedback when they will be received, I paid the additional fee to have these fast tracked, but nothing. When asking when i will receive I just get there has been a problem with delivery. The customer support has not been giving me updates as to when I should receive. Also with NO telephone no. i can not speak to anybody about this. Some customer service!

Dreadful Experience Order 1511916 placed on 16 March 2023: On18th March, I received a message telling me my order has been shipped - most impressive On 25th March, a week later than shipment, I received tracking details - worrying: tracking said "with supplier" On 25th March, I responded to that email to say that Yodel had not received the package On 27th March, I alerted you that I had been in touch with Yodel, who still had not received my order Today, their tracking still says "with supplier" I am unable to phone you; I am unable to livechat with you; you do not respond to emails. Best 24/7 Customer Support you show on your site - a blatant lie
