Great product, great price. We bought our son some Ray-Bans from Goodden's. The price was great and the product was just as advertised. The customer service was excellent. The only thing I wish was that they offered the choice of expedited shipping. Other than that, I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for optical products.

Great deal, took a little for delivery but product was bang on! Delivered in two weeks which was decent for living in Canada, maybe it just seemed to take longer from the anticipation, nonetheless the product was fantastic and the deal on the ray bans I got was great! Outstanding value and superb customer service! After purchasing several models of Persol sunglasses from Goodden's, I ordered Persol optical frames with prescription lenses. The transaction was smooth and enjoyable. Joanne was perfectly patient with my questions, and very responsive via email. The finished product was perfect, and about half the cost I'd pay at my local shop. I'm a very happy Goodden's customer.

Goodens redeems itself! I had an initial issue with Goodens, but thanks to their outstanding customer service all is forgiven! The sunglasses I wanted were in stock, but there was only one pair left and they ended having a flaw. They were pulled and the item was reordered on a rush basis. The customer service rep (Joanne) was very responsive and went out of her way to make things right. If you too experience a hiccup, be patient and Goodens will come through with flying colors.
